Was told to calm down because I returned my drink with chunks of kale in it, no need, automatically refund, I don’t want my drink remade. Not with that kind of treatment. Didn’t raise my voice just left and came back 2 seconds later after spitting out my drink after paying. Will come back when the other girls who are nice, working.

I called back a few days later to follow up, seeing no refund on my card, only to be told that the store doesn’t do refunds, but my next drink would be covered.

However, today when I returned for that drink, the same staff member once again dismissed me, insisting I pay for a new one despite the previous assurance that it would be taken care of.

I’ve been coming here for months, and never had issues like this with any other staff. It’s disappointing to see one employee able to sour the whole experience with rudeness and disrespect. For a store that claims to care about customer experience, this felt anything but. I’m left feeling unheard, unvalued, and frustrated by a business that once was a go-to in my healthy lifestyle routine.

The rest of the team has always been amazing, making top-quality smoothies with great attitudes, so it’s truly a shame that one employee’s behavior can tarnish the trust I’ve had in this place. I’ll happily take my business to another location that values customers and delivers the quality...

Nice and welcoming service but a very amateur smoothie place. To be fair, low prices and there is potential, but they aren't there yet. We ordered a green vegan smoothie, which comes with multiple ingredients and instead of balancing the smoothie, it tasted like a very, very sugary strawberry drink. We actually went back in to make sure they didn't add sugar to the smoothie. Disappointed. 👎🏻 Recommendation: 24 and 32 oz. sizes are too big, which likely is your cause of overloading fruit. If I personally could give them 0 stars. I would at this location barnun. I mean, MY go to is a PB and J every time I go here. Just not at this location. This location gave me I dont know what to call this. But it wasn't a smoothie. It's like water and I got a 32 oz. Size for what basically water juice. And I even tipped them.
