I’ve always loved Chipotle but Grove City needs to add Moes Southwest Grill & Qdoba!!! They are just as good or to some better! Can’t go to the Chipotle on Stringtown anymore because it’s online order only, if it is even open when it is supposed to be. Orders aren’t ready no where near the time they are said to be & they are usually incorrect so I prefer to wait in line and order in store so I started driving out of my way to this one. A couple times I noticed I’ve been overcharged afterwards but it’s a few dollars so it’s not worth going back in. My husband and I went last night at 6pm there was a long line moving pretty slow, which I understand because they look very understaffed! At least 5+ people waiting for online orders that are supposed to be ready and no end in sight for the to go order print outs. Not sure what the workers can do to prevent this when the online system slams them. Waited almost 40 minutes in line to get up there and they said they are out of brown rice., white rice is ok, but no steak. I told them I would wait since I had waited this long but they said they were out for the night at 6pm?! Can you post a sign or tell people before they wait in line 40 minutes when you’re out of brown rice, steak and guac for the night at 6pm! Half my order is gone & I’m paying the same price and waiting forever for a bowl I don’t even like now. They are usually out of guac here for some reason so that doesn’t surprise me. They have it always in if you order to go but they will never let me order a small side of it from there to go area even though it’s right there. So, idk, if you aren’t set on Chipotle then it might be worth it to drive out of the way to go to Moes or whatever until Chipotle can get more workers in there or send upper management to help out since they are understaffed & struggling to keep up at the Grove City locations. Their recent reviews at stringtown & this location shows the customer service & overall experience has suffered like many...
Read moreI can honestly say that I have always been a fan of Chipotle. That is, up to right after the pandemic. They have always been short staffed since then, which I understand is NOT the workers that DO decide to show up, fault. HOWEVER, it is the fault of the owners, managers, and the workers that do decide to show up to work, to properly train their employees, to find reliable employees, to get orders right, to keep the establishment clean, and not just add items to an order just because. I walked into this particular restaurant, and immediately noticed the disgustingness of the floors and tables! Food, trash, dirt, dust, etc. on everything! Side note: why do you use stainless steel/aluminum/whatever metal tables? It shows EVERYTHING! Granted, that’s still not a reason to NOT clean the place. Anyway, I then noticed that there was a relatively long line, but hardly anyone actually eating at tables. The to-go order shelves were full, so my guess is, most people were either ordering to-go OR waiting for their order to be ready for pick up. I say all of this because, A) Clean your store! That is the absolute first thing people notice when they walk in! And B) Get the orders right! Don’t just swiftly put orders together and hope they are correct. Take the extra minute to check and verify that is indeed what was ordered by the customer. Also, don’t just add items to an order! I picked up my order for my wife and I, and we specifically asked for lettuce. There was absolutely NO lettuce in the bowls we ordered. And then, somehow (which I had no idea was even an option), they added jalapeños! Which don’t get me wrong, I like jalapeños! But WE DID NOT ASK FOR THEM! Granted, I probably should have checked my order prior to leaving the store. But that is something, as a customer, we expect to be correct when placing an order!
This restaurant chain seems to have gone WAY down hill, and quick too! Train your employees correctly, clean up your mess,...
Read moreThis is my close to home chipotle, between me and my boyfriend we love chipotle and we go to this one because it’s always closer and seem to always try and give him chances on chances. This evening, my boyfriend and I went and got some right around 9 PM, keep in mind they close at 11PM and which i understand- NO ONE was in here except us and the employees. The employees were extremely unprofessional, disrespectful & rude. Me and my boyfriend are regulars to this chipotle and actually know some of the employees, these couple of employees one are new and were rude. She made our bowls extremely sloppy throwing stuff everywhere, anytime you would ask for extra or light of something it was a problem. It got to the point where my boyfriend asked her to remake his bowl because of the way she was acting and throwing things everywhere. You either come here and they make your bowl perfectly or they always have nothing in them or a mess anyways, she said “yes, but I will have to charge you for the one that is made”. the one that is half assed made ? you’re going to charge us for? THEN we get to the end of the line and asked for chips and kept the two sloppy made bowls, they were out of chips apparently… but we could see with our own two eyes BAGS of chips my boyfriend asked why can’t we have ONE bag of these chips. he states “because they are for online orders” so you’re going to use this whole row of chips before 11PM for online orders? EXTREMELY disappointed in this chipotle and upset knowing this is our close to home chipotle and we are there...
