Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Short cashier with short reddish brown hair and glasses broke the record for how many ways you can be rude in shortest amount of time. I had not even begun to order when she was so rude to my disabled son as he was trying to order.. correcting him when he just said light roast she had to condescendingly say blonde .. I let that go. She turned around and started to place a cup under a machine when my son wanted to change something he said excuse me .. trying to catch her before she started making it .. she didn’t turn around so I thought she didn’t hear him so I said “mam” and she turned around and I started to say I think my son wants to change something and she snapped “that wasn’t for him”.. ok well sorry…I said I was just trying to catch you in case he wanted to change something .. and she snapped what do you want .. and I said “are you always like this?” . It was like she had 6 energy drinks flowing thru her veins . I didn’t even bother ordering we just left. Customer service is just awful. Won’t be back. Ones off stringtown Rd are better. I’ve had good service here in the past, however waiting over 25 minutes for one drink with others ahead of me who had been waiting even longer was a terrible experience on Sunday. The drive through line was moving effectively, while inside and mobile orders were at a stand still. When I asked for a refund the manager was not apologetic, she did not offer to grab my drink really quickly or compensate me for time wasted. They claimed “that’s just the way the system works” as far as priority and I don’t believe that. Considering I go to many other Starbucks that are able to efficiently get mobile and inside orders out. Today in Dublin they had over 15 drinks ready to go for mobile pick up, I didn’t even wait 1 minute and the drive through is always just as busy. Would consider some training opportunities for...

Not from around here but absolutely amazing staff there! Me and my aunt had been on a road trip and were passing through, my aunt had mentioned our long trip to the lady working while she was ordering [my aunt likes to talk a lot] and the workers had wrote "have a safe trip!" on her drink in sharpie. It honestly made me smile that they went out of their way to do something so nice. Not to mention they loved her dog! We had actually gone on the trip to adopt the dog and most of the staff there took the time to come to the window and see her. Again, not local here or anything but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the staff at this Starbucks specifically. [And no worries we didn't hold up the drive through!
