I have been a Meyers Jewelers customer since 1998, when my Husband bought my engagement ring!! It was the only Jewelers we ever used! My Husband passed away in 2022, and they melted down his wedding ring, to a beautiful pendant! However, since the day I picked up the pendant, I have stopped in for various things, and was no longer greeted with a smile, or made to feel like my needs were important!!! I was rushed, and questions were not answered, nor a thank- you, for stopping in! I had all the rings my husband had gotten me, a few coins, and jewelry from my Grandmother, that I wanted appraised! They did not really look closely at any of it, and suggested I come back when they have a Gold buying event!!! However, they could not tell me when it was!!!! NO HELP AT ALL, and I walked out completely frustrated!!!! The next day I received a post card from Precision Jewelers with dates and information on their gold buying event, with National Rarities! My best friend has always used them, and very pleased!!!! I went to the event, received a check for my gold, coins, and antique jewelry! I purchased a beautiful white gold chain, for my pendant, and the service was amazing!!!! I am a lifelong customer of Precision Jewelers! They made me feel like my business mattered!!!!!! Love this place everybody is so helpful had a horrible experience at a few of big jewelers Precision gave me faith in having a great family owned place to go to. Update I have now used precision several times and been totally satisfied every time ..... until I took my dads wedding band in to be sized (he passed away and my mom offered their set to me when I found my soulmate). It was engraved with their initials and wedding date, When I took it in they explained because my finer was much bigger to size it I would more than likley loose it. I struggled deciding if I wanted to use dads ring and loose what he had engraved on it or get a new ring. I finally decided to use his ring, got it back and it was amazing looked great fit perfect. Took it home to show fiance then we noticed it ... the message my dad put on their so many years prior was still their. They saved it WOW is all I can say. This is a family owned jewlery store and by far the best one around go their you wont be disapointed. I will never go...

I'm so grateful to everyone here for their part in creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ring for my 20th anniversary. They were able to use the gold from my original set to create it, which is so awesome. They were transparent about pricing, created the CAD, kept me up-to-date on the progress, and even went above and beyond when some of the rubies ended up not matching once set - they found another source and set new rubies to ensure that the ring they promised me would be exceptional, not half-butted or rushed. That really meant a lot to me that they actually care THAT much! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

P.S. I also had a 10k gold ring repaired here as my first transaction, and you can't even tell it was damaged. That's why I decided that I'd come back for my custom wedding ring and I am NOT disappointed!
