I am writing not because of the product.The rude employee;s on 1/28/18 I love Kraus Pizza. I had been getting pizza there for many years. Now later on I usually only order subs. I have been a customer of Kraus Pizza for over 18 years. Tusc, Amherst, Navarre I recently thought ok I am close to the one in Lake Cable. So after leaving a friends I ordered a sub there. My usual. I said Pepperoni is the only meat. THAT is only thing I said about meat. I then said green olives, mild peppers, and little lettuce and cheese. I usually only say everything that comes on it except just little lettuce and Pepperoni is the only meat. Well I did get the sub. I went home which is about 15 minutes away in North Canton , OH. I opened it ready to eat this yummy sub. Well I took couple of bites. Did not taste the same. I looked at it #1 the bun was soaked in dressing, 2 there was no pepperoni. I said great. I do not like to complain much it happens. Then I thought yes I will. I just wanted to tell the person there. I called she was not real friendly. I did not yell I just stated I got this and no pepperoni I was told come by and get another when you want. Well about a week or so later I was in area. I ordered. Got there Mitch was like well do you want tomato on it cause last time I ask. I am not sure if it had tomato I just know no Pepperoni. I said all I said is no Pepperoni. When I picked up the 1st sub I was not ask about tomato I just got the sub handed to me after I paid. Now he goes on well I want it to be right now since it was not before. The whole experience was horrible. I did get upset. I have never had a mistake made anyplace that the employee made me feel like I did something wrong and all but 1 employee was laughing. That was terrible!!! I almost said keep the sub I will go where they know me and do not make it worse and accuse me of not saying I did not say Pepperoni. I always say that 1st. always. I also had no other compliant. I also was not ask about tomato ever after I got there at any Kraus store. I say what I want on the phone, He was rude the other people were snickering and 1 India employee and no I am not prejudice but he was looking at Mitch and laughing, So, I will contact the owner. BUT I just will go to the other location where I have NEVER had a employee problem. I have had a handful of times the others have got it wrong and it was fixed and no issue. Remember I have been going there many years. So, it was great considering all those years. I was 98% satisfied and the other was just minor issue. I think those employees should grow up. They acted like they were 15 . It would of been fine just hand me the sub or say look at it make sure ok and go. I will go out of my way to not go to that location again. I will not...
Read moreI would rate a 0 if I could. Woman running the front was completely overwhelmed and incapable of dealing with the modèrate pace of business at the time. She ruined my pizza, that was already late. I had to leave and come back to get a new one. When I complained about the experience she graciously offered to take $2 of my $39 dollar purchase. After stating that was unacceptable to me she did comp the pizza. I will never go back and that's from a guy who LOVES Kraus pizza. Looks like I'll have to go to the Massillon...
