Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

The sign says they open at 6 am. There had been at least 2 times I have stopped on my way into work and they were not open at 620 am. Today was the 2nd day I have stopped to get a sausage biscuit (@620 am) and told the biscuits were not ready and it would be a 2 to 5 minute wait. I've worked breakfast shift fast food in the past and we were in an hour early to make sure customers could be satisfied when we said we were open. I think this is very unreliable and will not stop there again.

Update on 02/06/19 I decided to stop again this morning. It was 6:50am. I couldn't get anyone to answer at the intercom after waiting for a few minutes. I drove around to the window and blew my horn. An employee came and unlocked the window and told me they weren't open yet because he had to go get one of his employees. He said it would be another 20 minutes. I drove off angry. Unlike this location, my job expects me to be on time and do my job. Otherwise I wouldn't have one. This is absolutely my last stop here. I'd rather get up earlier and sit in the McDonald's line to...

Long day of travel from east Tennessee to Memphis. Stopped here after getting gas and was trying to get some food for the road. Their sign said Closes at 10. Great. It was 9:40 PM we had time and there were two cars at the window waiting on their food.

We pull up, wait a few seconds. Girl screams on the intercom, Welcome to burger king, we're closed! We didn't argue. Just drove to the Wendy's beside of this Burger King. As we ordered we watched the staff at Burger King deny two other cars service. Then they turned their sign off at 9:45 PM. All the employees go out and start smoking.

We just drove on and laughed at how horrible...

Dining room door were locked when we tried going in. I called the store they didn't answer and no cars where in driveway. They eventually unlocked doors an let us in. Took our order was missing items, probably because they were on their phones FaceTime. They replaced missing items. Just very unprofessional including manager who you can hear cussing while making food. Three drinks were out fruit punch, lemonade, and strawberry fanta. The drink station had drinks spilled on the counter. I will be calling corporate to report my concerns also. No other customers so no reason to have a messy store or messed up orders....
