Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson

We purposely plugged this location into our GPS on a longer road trip because of the ratings (we highly value great service and this Starbucks has wonderful reviews). It was going to be our restroom/coffee stop.

When we arrived, the lobby was closed/locked. The typed sign on the door gave no reasoning, just notified the reader that the lobby was closed for an unknown amount of time.

We understand businesses face unforeseen issues but it was definitely frustrating to pull up and then realize we wasted a stop entirely.

I’m not sure if it’s possible to update the Google Maps information to notate that the hours are for drive through only at this time - that would have been super helpful because we would have picked a completely different exit so we didn’t have to make 2 separate stops (if you road trip often you know how much time can get eaten up in...

i went through the drive through and the worker was super rude and condescending! 6/13/25 around 9:20am. she kept asking me questions in a mocking tone, and slammed the window on me and walked away while i was mid question. she also handed me the card reader without instruction and walked away again. my coffee tasted good but it was unmixed. never have i ever received too much syrup at starbucks until today! it’s usually not enough… it’s just way too sweet for me but i’ll still drink it. overall regular coffee is good but i was disappointed with the service and think you should send your employee to chic fil a for customer...

This is my favorite of all Starbucks locations. Staff truly seems happy to be here and it is typically the SAME faces each week - not a constant turnover like so many other spots. They work as a team - and you can tell.

Devon is absolutely amazing. We only come once a week and yet she remembers what we like. On the occasions that they are out of a favorite ingredient, she has recommended new drinks based on what she knows we do and don't care for and she is absolutely spot on - amazing, because it's really hard to get me to ever try anything new.
