We got there right before they closed, after a baseball game. The employees were obviously upset. Attitudes were terrible. It took awhile to get our food. I had to seriously think about this reveiw for a few days. im gonna break down the 5 stars and our experience on this visit.
*First star: the employee taking our order at the counter was clearly upset about something. Very rude with her responses until our oldest child made a joke about a taco. (totally inappropriate joke for his age, but funny as heck) she smiled and laughed, thats when I noticed the other employees & the fact that she was in charge. Those other employees were telling her to close the lobby doors & she refused because it was not time to. (Do right when no one else will) *Second star: we placed our order and stepped aside. The employee that I think was supposed to hand us our cups was to busy stomping her feet & putting in headphones. The employee that rang us up stepped over & gave us our drink cups, with the smile from the prevoius star still radiating. *Third star: we got drinks, sauce & napkins from clean, fully stocked areas. We then sat down at our table. The store was exceptionally clean from floor to ceiling. No trash anywhere. *Fourth star: we waited 15 min for our food, why a star you ask. Well during that 15 min I noticed no one was getting their orders and they were voicing this point a bit loudly. When I looked in the kitchen area, the employee that had been on register was making all the food while the others were watching. They were still complaining about her not locking the lobby up. So she was making food for lobby & drive thru orders, bagging & putting on trays & handing them out. Also, the "headphone" employee was in the lobby slamming chairs, cursing & about to sweep the tile right off the floor with her attitude. I gave the kids a good life lesson with that one. The amount of ignorance she was showing, how uncomfortable she made everyone & how bad she was making herself look while performing the duties of the job she accepted & was getting paid for. Life lessons with kids present, that is a rare thing. *Before the last one i just got to add some things.
P.S. the food was absolutely amazing. We were literally blown away at how good it was. 3 adults & 3 children were all speechless about the food. I have been to taco bell a million times & have never had my food be that good. Seriously I cant explain it, I wanted more but I was not gonna make that one employee do any more work. Everything seriously looked like the pictures and was mouth watering with every bite. I am probably sounding sort of ridiculous but that was the best food ive truly ever tasted at taco bell, ever...

Read moreAbsolute idiots!!!! First: I ordered drinks with “NO ICE”. Had to get her attention through the window because she’s putting ice in the cup… second : I wait for my order which was fresh👍. My order was 4 of the same menu item, two without sauce, two regular..easy enough?? NO…. A young man hands my bag to me and I ask “did you mark the two without sauce somehow” ? Fair question? No!!! He doesn’t answer me the customer, he gets the attention of the other person working instead. She comes to the window and I ask again, how am I supposed to differentiate the items with sauce and without sauce??? Answer::: “well I guess it’s just gonna be one of those bite into it and see”. WHAT?? I ask could you not mark the ones to identify them. Response: “ no, that’s a cross contamination issue, they won’t even let us write on the bags” I drive away pissed!!!! I understand cross contamination, but don’t ya think if a customer has a special order you could, oh I don’t know, BAG THEM SEPARATELY!!!! Spend $25.00 for a surprise meal….. what happens if a customer is highly allergic to an ingredient??? Oh guess it’s one of those bite into it and find out things… and last but not least:: they NEVER offered to re make the ones without sauce to satisfy a customer…. Read moreIt Is sad the we live in the greatest country and we have the worst service when it comes to our working force. Simple fast food that is too easy to prepare; why not get it right? I really believe that some workers think their boss actually makes the money for their paycheck. Actually, that is not the case. IT'S THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOUR WORKPLACE IN BUSINESS. WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S, THERE IS NO BUSINESS. My Mexican pizzas were cold and soggy. We asked for extra meat on a steak quesadilla. There was very little meat on it. We paid for extra meat and did not get the standard serving. Every resturant needs a 90 day mandatory training for all workers. Why do we have to pay for substandard service and food, while SORRY workers draw a paycheck. This store needs to be shut down. No lights at the drive through menu. No one is able to order from the menu! The lights are out. Moreover the whole store looked closed. Did they punch in to work??? This is a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
