Dragon Express - Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Jackson

This was once my favorite stop for lunch. Quick, hot and good and never skimp on the amount. But since covid it's been turned into a quiet, less variety not so much on the amount yet the price went up kind of restaurant. I've not reviewed it simply because of their location it is out of my way. I found myself right up the road the other day tho so I stopped in for lunch. Although I was talking to a plexiglass full surround with the food and people in closed. I received my old amount of food, it was hot and very good. I'm not sure why but the customer before me was yelling and just being obnoxious. I've seen that alot in that restaurant. I ordered ahead 30 mins before I got to the restaurant. When I got there 6 other people we're ahead of me in line. 10 mins later I get to front of line and let her know I am picking up a to go order. The order is still not ready..I have to sit and wait 10 more mins till it was done. I then noticed my food had peanuts in them and I have peanut allergy. I cannot eat the chicken and simply ordered to exchange what I have, I was told no and she said the manager is not there. She said you ordered it you eat it. I purchased a vegetable Lo Mein and vegetable fried rice with extra veggies. I even paid extra for veggies. When I got home and opened my food, I only had onions nothing else. I called the store and they told me that I didn't specify what veggies. I told them I didn't know I had to tell them that. So I got a bunch of onions.
