So we get here at popeyes, and we are a family of 4, so 3 of us order the 5 piece chicken tender with fries. The counter lady asking to take our order looks back at one of the workers and says we have an order with around 20 pieces of chicken and he's like for real, and she said yeah seriously get to making it and he's like naw naw she said get back there and do it. With us standing there. We wait for like 30 mins and when they hand us our food they tell us we have to leave that they are closing the store it's 9:00 at this time we had already looked at the time of the location it said it closed at 12:00 so we thought we had plenty of time but we were wrong because they told us we had to leave. So we go to sit in the car and eat while looking through our stuff. we are missing our fries and 1 of the 5 pices tender meals. We went in to get it fixed and waited 20 min for them to fix it because someone else was also complaining about their food Wait. and wanted a refund, but the refund didn't go through. Some workers were leaving others were going out to smoke while employees were saying, "Are y'all not going to attend the people in the front?" Others were shaking and rubbing their head like they were stressed. But if they would learn to do their freaking job, they wouldn't have to deal with mad customers. We waited patiently, and they gave us a whole container of fries and 15 more chicken tenders. Also, the first round of chicken tenders were overcooked and too crunchy, not edable. Other customers were also complaining that the chicken tasted old. While the workers were yelling at them saying no its fresh. It was fresh, alrighty, and freshly overcooked. Well I Went to the desert to this menu 1 mile from the building Popeyes is located at. and I sat there for seems like 7 minutes and finally someone came on the microphone and said YEAH what are you needing. I said yes ma’am I need a 12 piece wing with sauce on the side please and she asked what side I said 3 options and she said it would be a wait so I decided slaw and blue berry lemonade. So I finally get to the window and sat there for 13 minutes not a car in site reminded you. The Woman opened the window and we made eye contact and I was like ain’t no way this woman has a beard with no beard net. So she give me my drink with lettuce on it, and I asked her if she had any napkins and she said for what!? and I said for the for the salad that was on the side of my drink, She didn’t like that so we got our food and left finally and when we left my buddy said dang she had a better BEARD THEN YOU BRO no beard net nothing and working the window handling food. Well I check the food at this point food was old stell and not even the right amount the slaw was so hot it like they microwaved it. Was in line at 9:20pm, asked for blackened strips.. male voice says, there aren't anymore for the night.. so i asked for mild strips and was told the same thing ... so i said well, what can i have? And got No response.. i sat there for about 5 mins, by now, there are 5 cars behind me now and a female request my order as if I'm a different customer.. i order 2 3pc wing dinner and proceed to window.. i let the female with black and red braids (she had no name badge on) know that i was the same customer they left on hold. She looks suprised, claims it was another person with the headset blah blah blah.. then tells me they only have 5 spicy wings 😒 i ask her what she plan to serve the 5 cars behind me?? She says the guys in the kitchen dont follow the rules as far as when they stop cooking. well, as a customer, thats not my problem..i tell her to create 2 meals so i can go.. i paid for 2 3pc wing dinners but left with 3 pc leg dinners..
