I have given this location chance after chance to get it right. They have fallen shorter than short, almost every time. When someone makes an order, you politely ask them to stand to the side so that you can take the next order. You do not complete that person's order while you have customers waiting to place theirs. What's worse is completing that customer's order and, at the last second, allowing them to add-on to that order. You have customers waiting! If their additional order were that important, they could have (a) ordered it along with their original order to begin with or (b) move to the back of the line to allow the customer's that have been waiting a chance to order. Don't waste the time of others because of your own ineptitude. That goes for the rude customer, as well as the staff, for not having them move to the back of the line. Previous visits resulted in: cold espresso drinks that were supposed to be hot, due to them not frothing the almond milk. *hot espresso drinks that were flavored and frothed but missing espresso completely. *hot espresso drinks that were wrong altogether.

From not having what we ordered on our mobile app ,asking for sweet tea to get unsweet tea twice instead of making some more tea he puts in a couple shots of liquid sweetener and thought that would be ok not to mention the under trained staff who has no idea how to ring a register ...the best experience we had here was my husband got a gift card and a year of free coffee and his pic taking by the Dunkin sign and I got a 5 dollar gift card from the manager we believed whoever she is...she was nice haven't seen her since ...terrible...

The website says that the store opens at 5AM Mon-SUN, and the app will even let you order at 5AM, but when you get there no one is there to make your order. The lights aren’t even on! I’ve had this happen MULTIPLE times. One time I tried to order at 5:50 in the morning and the worker was standing outside talking to her boyfriend or someone and told me they didn’t open until 6. That’s fine, but UPDATE THE HOURS, and make it to where we can’t order until 6! I won’t be back to this Dunkin location until it’s fixed. Also, even with a mobile order, you’re gonna be waiting 30 minutes...
