Jack's — Restaurant in Jackson

My1st time seeing what the hype was about and they need to Fire&Hire the drive thru staff!! The Food was perfect! Loved it! Aside from what my order was missing from the horrible ratchet noncaring employees. She was a Total turnoff to my appetite and rude, unprofessional and attitudinal. Raised my family's pressure uncomfortably on a good day. Forgetting my family's drinks and condiments even after repeating it back to me first.Rushing me to order and let my window down with smart remarks on microphone not knowing if its the customers first time or not at a NEW restaurant!!! 2 people talking at the same time with everything they said, very confusing and misleading and awkward. Disregarding at the window with no care if you stay/eat to support them or not saying Bye and other remarks repeatedly talking over me! ??? Like This is why the place is built by the owners with all their invested cash in tbis location...Why are the faces we see first and last representing them like this? I work in food/hospitality 10+ years!! But the food was great. I will return and try my best to ignore the staff's poor training. Hate this location and energy! But...

The food at Jack’s is wonderful. The service is absolutely horrible! They need some people at the window that know how to do their job. I gave the man at the window my phone for tap. He had to ask if they had tap. He came back and said I’m not trying to take your phone. I gave him my debit card. Apparently he put cash in because a manager had to come void the transaction. I told him that I work from home and I was going to be late getting back to work. He completely ignored me. I told him I didn’t want the food. As he entered my order into the system for the second time, he didn’t get all of my items. I would’ve let it go but he didn’t give me all my food or drinks. I asked for a refund and I was already late going back to work. I sat in line for 45 minutes to get horrible service from an incompetent idiot. I said this is messing up my day and slow boat said and I quote “ Yo day already messed up”. Thanks for the write up too. This was the worse customer experience ever and I work for a major corporation. I’m a customer service specialist. I will never go back. I couldn’t eat the food because I was late getting...

This was my very first time going to a Jack’s and I was impressed with food and service. This restaurant recently opened in west Jackson. People talk about west Jackson but there are still decent restaurants etc and it’s very safe during the day and in some places at night. So don’t believe the hype about it all being bad. The food was delicious!! I went a 2nd time and had salad which it was fresh but they use iceberg lettuce which has absolutely no nutritional value. The food is definitely better than the salad. There is a cream and shake area that’s very nice. The restaurant has TV’s and is decorated very nice. There is very easy access from Ellis Ave and hey 80. Plenty of free parking and the drive through is very nice. The prices of food is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. Not as high and good value for your money. I hope they keep the restaurant up. The 2nd time I went it was t as clean as it was the first time BUT it was f dirty. I think they have pretty good management so it should be clean for most part.
