First time visit and the initial first impression was awful… However, the manager Bonnie was phenomenal. Our order came out incorrectly the first go around. Hey it happens right? We let them know and they fixed it. However, due to what I think was a lack of training somewhere along the line the issue was resolved on the outside, but not fully corrected. We spoke with Bonnie and it was nothing but apologies and going above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be coming back. The food is absolutely fantastic and the people are super kind!! Some of the best breakfast in Jackson, TN, with homemade pastries and gourmet coffee to go with it! I highly recommend the biscuits & gravy and Jackson’s Breakfast Club. The candied bacon makes the sandwich! The homemade pop tarts are superior along with a drip coffee (I did try the specialty coffee too but you know all the coffee is good when the DRIP coffee is good. And let me tell you… it’s Fabulous!!!! The staff was friendly, service was speedy, and the atmosphere is so fun and unique with all of its local charm. 10 out of 10 and cannot wait to go back and try...

Over easy eggs were leathery , had to cut them with a knife to eat them. TURN THE HEAT DOWN ON THE EGG GRILL ! Too hot for over easy eggs. Sausage was a VERY thin frozen patty of which was not all meat , but a lot of filler imho. 1 slice of toast cut in half. Come on how cheap is bread. Ok breakfast , but ive had better.
