Great service, coffee was okay (black, drip coffee), cups for hot beverages do not keep integrity. I already called the main coffee shop about this ordeal. We received our coffee to go, within 12 minutes of having the cup of coffee the walls of the cup started giving away and the top would pop off. We were in our car when this all happened, hot coffee all over me, my hands, and our car. Thankfully my husband, who was driving, did not attempt to drink his coffee. The tops and cups are not safe to drink out of, the cup walls will collapse in or the top will randomly come off the cup or leak hot coffee on you while you are trying to drink. Please stop using these cups and have them replaced, immediately. This could cause someone great harm. I already called and talked to someone at the main coffee shop, I hope they address this...
