Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

my elderly mom and dad there is 79 and 81 came in there with my brother for his birthday lunch that's where my brother likes to go between 12:00 and 12:45 maybe and my mom said that nobody acknowledged them she said excuse me they don't know how to do that kiosk you cannot make somebody do the kiosk I've been in there before and I've gotten waited on because I say I don't do that kiosk and somebody has to wait on you that's piss-poor service and when I come to Jackson I'm going to stop in there and ask for the manager I'm going to get the corporate number cuz I live by Coldwater that is unacceptable and I'm sure there's a bunch of damn kids working on that in that restaurant on these restaurants nowadays at least acknowledge the customer when they say excuse me I hope those workers that are kids and don't have a damn clue find a big boy panties and a big girl panties and pull them up tight because that's ridiculous for not to acknowledge somebody at the counter but of course you probably weren't raised good your kids probably weren't raised right to know and have any knowledge for your elders well you ain't better than them and I'm here to tell you I will be in there this weekend and I will stop at the West end of the store in West avenue and find out what the heck happened on Friday afternoon during lunch time when my parents came in there with my brother and didn't even get acknowledged I'm not happy and I will find out the numbers who I need to call and report this I will take it to the top my parents don't...

Most of the time they messed up my order the bread stale the iceberg lettuce is nasty and a signature sandwich that comes with bacon they didn't even put any on there at all. They don't honor the fact that they messed up the food and replace it if you eaten any of it. How are you going to know it's bad if you don't eat some of it? I've got them too many arguments with staff that are rude and obnoxious and don't take customer satisfaction seriously at all. Mainly at East Michigan Burger King Jackson Michigan. The late night manager very Road of noxious and unwilling to deal with somebody complaining. They think everybody's trying to get free food or something well I eat there because it's around the corner and it's 24 hours unfortunately I have no other choice. Instead of walking me and making sure that the money that I spend there when I eat once to twice a day I get harassed that I'm a complaining customer. All I want is my food my way fresh produce fresh bread hot meat hot fries. Can't get it there. It's been a little bit better when I quit going there for 9 months and I went back because she hasn't been at the window dealing with customers. Well I just went here today and ordered a bunch of food for me and my kids go to leave and realize that they are missing the chicken sandwich from the 2 for 10 meals that I had so I go back in there and Lindsay the lady that was at the drive-thru window that gave me my food said that she personally packed my bag and put it in the bottom of the bag after showing her that it was not in there she rudely said well I guess I'll go have someone whip another one up for you and walked away after she walked away another employee grab the bag off the counter and said are you looking for a chicken sandwich sir and I said yes and then Lindsay came back I turned to her and said I thought you said you packed my bag. then she says that she did not say that and over and over again kept saying that she did not say that even though all three of the other customers that were standing there who I do not know also we're telling her that she did say that but she kept getting an attitude saying that she didn't then when I asked her to call her manager she's refused to and said that she was the boss and I told her to call her boss and she said she doesn't need to bother him. very shocking that they would even consider to have somebody like that...
