Everyone understands a business being short staffed... how that is handled makes a difference. I placed my order at 8:14am and received it at 8:50!! The employees working had no rush to them at all. In fact the 2 working the front were completely ignoring people! A hispanic family of 3 stood at the counter for a good 10+minutes, during this time the employees had seen them and ignored them. One employee told the other they were there and the other said oh..well do they speak English..oh well. This family stood there speaking fluent perfect english the whole time!! Not a single person working ever greeted anyone, none of them ever broke a smile or even mentioned the wait until I myself had already been waiting over 25min. Also they had absolutely no communication with each other whatsoever . Customers waiting inside started letting people know the situation and wait and also showing and helping people order on the kiosk if they chose to wait. As a person who has worked over 15yrs in customer service and had to deal with many situations, being short staffed and/or overly busy I know that communication with employees and customers is HUGE. A smile goes along way..and explanation for the wait is considerate and helpful for EVERYONE. Also thanking people who chose to wait. This McDonald's can and needs to do better. Training and Managerial Leadership is needed...

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, thinking an issue might just be a one-off. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, and it was the only time I’ve ever paid for food and left empty-handed.
I visited this McDonald's after picking up my 8-year-old granddaughter, and we placed our order at the kiosk. From the start, things went downhill. Despite several people waiting, no one received food for the first 10 minutes. At around 13 minutes, one order was finally handed out, but it was incomplete. Another 5 minutes passed, and only two orders were served, one of which was just two fried apple pies.
As time dragged on, customers began complaining. The only response from the employee was, "There is only one of me. Do you want to help?"—with no apology for the delay. After 30 minutes, I asked for a refund and expressed that this was the worst service I had ever received. Instead of addressing the situation, the employee gave me my receipt and told me to come back the next day for the refund, despite knowing I had a two-hour drive ahead. Then, she just walked away.
After 37 minutes, we left with no food and no refund. My granddaughter was in tears, not understanding why we didn’t get our meal. The entire experience was...
Read moreAbout an hour ago I arrived at McDonald's and gave two sperate orders. During me ordering two strawberry creme pies the woman tells me she only has one. I asked if she could cook some. Once I was given my food I noticed I was missing about two items from my order(which were two pies), the wrong McGriddle(When I gave it back to her she asked me was I sure I ordered a triple stack... later my receipt read "McGriddle triple stack"), and I was also served old recooked fries. While observing all of this, I arrived back to the drive through window to inform the employee about my concern. She then received the bag of food through the window and I waited about 10 minutes and the woman came back again had supposedly remade my french fries and a new triple stack McGriddle, while adding my two pies that I purchased! I am upset because I spent $21 at 2:30 am and did not receive all of my purchased food. I'm upset because when I took the time to sit and wait to get you all's attention to even acknowledge the fact that I was standing outside next to the vehicle who was actually at the window waiting to receive their food ( I walked to the drive through window), I still managed to receive THE SAME EXACT STEAL, RE COOKED FRIES, THE SAME REGULAR MCGRIDDLE, AND I WAS ALSO MUDDING MY TWO PIES!!! I PLAN ON...
