This was some of the best ice cream we have ever had and they make all of it themselves! My husband had the key lime ice cream and I had cappuccino, but it was a very tough decision to choose just one flavor (I also tasted the pecan, snickers, and key lime—all great!)! This will definitely be a place we stop when traveling to see our kids in the future.

Happy Ice Cream is what Jackson has been missing! Small Mexican Paletaria style ice cream shop. Lots of flavors of ice cream, sorbet, aguas frescas, paletas (ice cream bars), and other treats. No need to speak Spanish to order. Always clean, friendly, and awesome. Great place for groups of all sizes, or to pop in alone for a quick treat.

Delicious, clean, thoughtfully curated Mexican ice cream and snacks here, so happy they opened I can’t believe it took me so long to try it. They even have the original fresas con crema and they’re 10/10. Will be back...
