Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Jackson

I arrived to this facility to pick up my to go order around 8:45pm. The dining experience at this establishment was unfortunately marred by persistent issues with the quality of the food. Despite initially receiving an undercooked personal pan pizza, which prompted a return and a request for resolution, the subsequent attempt to rectify the situation fell short. Although offered the options of a store credit (FOR ONLY THEIR ESTABLISHMENT) or a remake, logistical constraints and a prior unsatisfactory experience led to hesitation in accepting a remake. Regrettably, the second attempt yielded another undercooked pizza. As a visitor from outside the area, the inability to utilize a store credit and time constraints prevented further recourse. It is noteworthy, however, that the young lady on the register displayed commendable courtesy throughout. While acknowledging the positive aspect of service, the overall experience leaves much to be desired, resulting in the decision to refrain from future patronage. They need to label their grab and go orders that are sitting under the warmer. The only things that are labeled are the pepperoni and cheese pizzas, but the pasta dishes are indistinguishable. I thought I was getting a chicken alfredo pasta but ended up with a weird tomato sauce pasta with chunks of anemic beef, which was supremely unappetizing as I hate beef. Even if I did eat beef it'd be disgusting to me. I spent $7 on a pasta I could not eat, then couldn't return obviously because I stirred it around with my fork. The staff at this location are the worst. They were too busy sitting in the back eating lunch rather than serving customers at the counter. I had to physically walk around the register to ask an employee to check me out. One of the employees sitting in a chair hollered from the back that she would be right there. When the employee came to the counter, she didn’t greet me, and was very rude checking me out. After she finished the transaction, I politely said “ thank you”.
