Wing Guys — Restaurant in Jackson

I heard about this place but never got around to trying them out. So today I decided to do just that. It was clean, nice & spacious on the inside. I ordered the 8pc teriyaki wings (fried hard)with fries & a drink. I must say they fried my wings just right. My fries were hot & had seasoning on them as well. They were still hot when I made it home. The teriyaki sauce was so on point to me that I even ate my fries with it & ordered an extra cup. I will definitely be back for another round of those wings & fries & maybe even try...

The only reason it got one star was so I could get maybe the boss man attention....ok, I called in my order last night...I ordered a 10 piece soft fried,half lemon pepper and the other garlic parmesan...the wings was hard ...very disappointed, I spent $17.92 on trash I also noticed u have to pay a surcharge fee 3% to use a card,I have called and left my name ,but to get a call so I call back ,now the african lady acts like she can't hear ...I'll just dispute this transaction on my card! I guess was rushing cause they was...

The food is good, but I’m giving this a 3 star rating due to the poor service. This restaurant accepts call in orders, and will give you a pickup time. However, when you arrive they won’t start preparing your order until after they receive payment which causes you to wait even longer. I do understand that small businesses lose money by preparing before payment, but I rather this place not accept call ins instead of providing time frames that they won’t...
