We had such an amazing experience at Room by Room on Countyline Road we couldn't keep it to ourselves. Room by Room just opened this location and it is located in the old Pier 1 location behind the current Denny's. The place is very clean and spacious. Furniture is arranged and presented with a great flow. They have beautiful pieces located at the location and if you can't find what you need there, they have a website and they will work with you to find what you want. You are immediately welcomed as you walk in the door and offered assistance but they don't hover over you. They give you room to look and take everything in and they are not pushy. It is a great balance of being available and helpful without being pushy about the sale with overly fake theatrical kindness. The young lady and gentleman (Rami) that was in when we walked in made a great team. Rami was very knowledgeable. He was kind and helpful. This is a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in what they do and how they treat their customers. They care that their customers receive great customer services and a quality product. Another thing we noticed while shopping was they don't pretend to know everything just to get the sale. If they are not sure in answering a question, they consult with each other and do the research to make sure the customer receives the accurate answer so they can make an informed decision about their purchase.
