This store has the rudest employees. I ordered a large spicy chicken sausage tavern style pizza cut into squares. When I got home the pizza was cut in squares but there was a gap or space in the pizza. The young girl on the register told me they can't cut the pizza in squares, so that is why it looked like that. I informed her that I have been to that pizza hut multiple times and I have never had an issue with cutting it in squares. She get someone else on the phone, I guess it was a manager or assistant with an attitude like I was wrong for calling about the pizza I purchased. I told her I would come back to either get a refund or another pizza made and she agreed to make another pizza. When I arrived, the cashier went and got someone, I don't know who she was but she looks at the pizza and tell me to shake the box and things will go into place. 😶😣🤔 No. I have never had an issue. A 3rd woman comes out like I am the problem because I wasn't pleased with my pizza, again I have never had an issue with how my pizza is cut..... Let me say this, if I pay for ANYTHING and my requests have been met each time, when I bring it to your attention and you look at me like I am the problem and your employees have no soft skills, yes my tone will change. 😐 The 3 females working need to change their attitudes if they want to remain in customer SERVICE. 🙄 I was a loyal customer, especially at that location but THEM. 😶👋🏾 Some corrective action need to be taken on THEM. 😐😒 I don't know their names nor do I care to know THEM, they are THEM to me. Read moreI don’t even usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely DESPICABLE. I have been eating Pizza Hut for years and it was really disappointing to receive such poor customer service. Myself and a friend ordered pizza over the phone and received it over an hour late. When calling and complaining about this because it was definitely not acceptable, all the STORE MANAGER did was apologize for the inconvenience and offered nothing in place of it. When the pizza finally did make it to our location, we only had a $100 bill to pay for it. We did not know that they don’t accept those bills. Instead of just letting us have the simple order (a pizza and a cookie pizza) they took it back to the restaurant. I couldn’t believe this happened, so of course we called the restaurant. The STORE MANAGER was very rude again. I asked him what he was going to do about this, and he kept apologizing. He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted my order to come get it from the store. They cook pizzas way ahead of time then give you the ones that taste like they have been sitting out for hours. If you order another topping, they will just add the other toppings to an old pizza then reheat. I complained about this through email and customer service sent me a code for free pizzas. Honestly, I don't want to waste my time using the free pizza coupon because it is just that nasty. The reason why I am so mad is because I buy additional food whenever I use the coupon. The only time I received good pizza was when I ordered during the daytime on a weekday. Please do better so you wont lose another customer. The Cinnabon dessert taste like plastic with cream on it.
