I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining out experience at Wingette Burger. While I was looking forward to trying out your establishment, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

During my visit, I ordered a double cheeseburger with a specific request for only one slice of cheese. Despite clearly communicating this preference to the staff and requesting their attention to relay this to the kitchen, my order was served with two slices of cheese instead. Upon bringing this to the server's attention, I was surprised to be met with an offer to simply scrape off the excess cheese rather than having my order corrected.

Moreover, I was taken aback by the pricing of the burger, which amounted to $18 for a small burger with an incorrect cheese topping. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was informed that this was not possible. Instead, the staff offered to remake the burger without cheese, which unfortunately turned out to be excessively salty.

Additionally, the accompanying fries were only half-done, adding to the disappointment of the overall meal experience. By this point, I had become quite disheartened by the series of mishaps during my visit.

I believe it's crucial for establishments to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. Regrettably, my initial experience at Wingette Burger did not meet these standards.

Ok so today was my first day ordering. The online menu and ease of the ordering process was TOP TIER! I love the food selection. I order a 10 piece wing with Caribbean jerk seasoning, loaded fries, a chicken Philly with fries, and the Big Mac quesadillas. So the chicken Philly was the absolute best!!!!! Nice and moist very seasoned. The loaded fries didn’t have chives or sour cream as described and they was ok. The wings needed a tad bit more seasoning. But they was good. The Big Mac quesadilla was good but I think the cheese needed to be on top of the meat so it would be sliding around and would stay like as it should.
