Room Service was one of my favorite salad spots, that was until an encounter I experienced on yesterday. I called and placed my order as usual and 20 minutes later went in to pick it up. Paid and was on my way out of the door, that was until my friend reminded me to check my order. If you leave with the incorrect order, then you are just stuck with it. So, I checked the order, and thank goodness I did, because it was completely wrong and I was missing my side (even though the box had include side written on the top). I proceeded to take my order back and explained that there were things on my salad that I had instructed to take off and items were missing that I paid additional fees for. The guy at the front counter was rude, sarcastically joking, and flat out ugly. He mocked my order and made a big scene for no apparent reason at all. It was sickening because he didn't say an apology for getting my food order wrong or leaving off part of my order. Instead, he insisted on making comments like this e.g."Could you give us a less complicated order to make" "They could have tried to make this order 10 or 12 times and still gotten it wrong" and many other unnecessary comments out loud in front of all of the customers. I am writing this review because I WAS a faithful customer to this business who ordered the same salad each time and it was disturbing to be treated this way because of their mistakes. It also made me think that the guy thought his employees were not capable of reading the ticket that instructed them on how to make my salad order. If customized orders are not allowed, then this should be noted on the menu and instead of taking my "complicated order" and charging me for it, they could have said they were not capable of handling an order that is customized. I will never do business here anymore, and I suggest that others beware because if your order is incorrect, you may receive the same treatment. However, I do appreciate the one employee saying that she was genuinely sorry this happened and issued me a refund. An hour later. Food arrives early-tipped the driver-the lady is super happy, we come upstairsā¦.Order is incorrect.

RS: Room Service. How may I help you? Me: Hi, my order was just delivered. I wrote in all CAPS no eggs and this salad has extra eggs. I also did not receive any dressing. RS: Whatās the name & address Me: gave info RS: (hollers the info the lady-āOh I read that but the salads are premadeā) Me: What did she just say? RS: We can have someone bring you some dressing in about an hour or so but the salads are premade in the mornings! Me: When she called me about a tip, why didnāt she tell me that then? Can you send chips instead of dressing and I can just send the salad back. RS: No maāam, Iām sorry, you have to keep what you ordered Me: I LOST IT AND ALL OF THE PROFESSIONALISM LEFT MY BODY!!
I probably should apologize but Iām not because this is how their customer service always been! Piss poor - great food but they SUCK at everything else!! Just sadā¦even people that Iām not close with KNOWS how I feel about damn eggs then you have audacity to give me EXTRA EGGS when you said that YOU SAW THE MESSAGE SAID : NO EGGS!!

Speaking of quality, the most times, "alright" food is not worth the [lack of] customer service you will receive if you report a mistake with your order. The owner is TERRIBLE and his customer service is WORSE! His staff has better customer service skills. He makes excuses for whatever was messed up, doesn't apologize, and doesn't offer any resolve. He only cares about receiving your money and once he has your money, don't expect anything from him, even the minimal, a correct order. He told me he has other things to worry about besides 50 cents worth of avocado, and that he has a new salad maker that's why my order was wrong. He said he doesn't care if I go somewhere else, and that he can't remember a time where he ever called somewhere and told them he was missing "red onions". He made it clear my complaint for missing something that is supposed to come with my salad was trivial and unimportant to him. Worse owner of any establishment ever! It's reassuring to know that everything a person sends out comes back to them, and from reading similar experiences in other reviews, he can expect a lot of bad energy and karma to manifest in his life for...
