NEVER AGAIN!
I would give this a ZERO score of I could!
I ordered a simple 3 piece dark meat combo with sweet tea and Cajun rice. The person at the window charged me $15.01??? When I asked what a 3 piece (dark meat) meal costs - she replied $13.64..... WHAT? WHY was I being charged $15.01? I asked her to make it rig she said that I had to come inside. WHY? WHY? WHY? I asked the guy at the register to let me speak to a manager. He said that he was the closest to a Manager: what did I need? I explained the overcharge. I jagged him the change that I received - which was (also) short $1! (incompetent) window girl. He asked the girl at the window and she said "oh, sorry. my bad" He asked me to step to the side so he could get it strait..... and proceeded to wait on 10 additional customers!!!
Wait, WHAT? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I finally approached him (25 minutes had gone by) and asked for my change? It's $1.37! He said that I needed to bring my food back in to exchange it for what he was putting together. WHAT? WHY? Just give me my $1.37
I left. I WALKED OUT!
I left the wrong change on the counter too and JUST WALKED OUT.
This 3 piece dark meat with Cajun rice and a sweet tea cost me $20!
Incompetent. Rude. Disrespectful. No customer service.
I will find the number for Popeyes corporate offices and report this location.

Sometimes I can order it, but more times than often, the drive thru rep will claim they don't have enough chicken for the order. I'll offer to wait, but they will still find an excuse not to drop enough chicken to fulfill my order. It's frustrating because I should be able to receive consistent service. One time, they gave me 8pc mixed, instead of all dark. On 04/13/25 I attempted to place an order. Initially, he said I'd have to wait 15 minutes. I said that's fine. He then said "Well there are 3 cars ahead of you, and I gotta fill their order." I'm sure more chicken would've been ready by the time I got to the window, but he refused to serve me so I left. I've gotten that 8pc dark twice in the last 3wks at that very location. Not only did they place my order, there was no hesitation and I received it quickly. I shouldn't have to drive to the other side of town because someone doesn't want to properly perform their job. This isn't the 1st time this same guy wouldn't place my order. Read moreI stopped by this establishment on my way home from work to buy food for my family. I ordered a bigger box with tenders, because my son prefers that. The receipt said tenders, but inside the box was two thighs, a wing and leg. I did not order this! I did not notice until I was home, which I live in another county. I called to notify them of THEIR mistake. I was told to bring it back, but I informed them that I was not wasting my gas. I was told my name would be written down and if I brought it back I would be refunded. I brought the chicken back, I was greeted rudely by an employee and was not refunded my total amount. This was THEIR mistake, you clearly knew what I wanted. Needless to say I will never return to this restaurant, ever in life. Customer service...
