I came here on 9/28/25 around 9:45 after a long stay at the hospital with my terminally ill mother. I was tired mentally, emotionally, and not in the best of moods. Darriana was the cashier who greeted me when I pulled up to the drive through speaker. We all know what it feels like to pull up to a drive thru and be made to feel like the restaurant really doesn’t want to deal with you. On the flip side, if you’ve ever worked in fast food, you know that a lot of people are jerks toward restaurant workers, so I get it! Typically when you pull up to one late at night, that’s how it goes. My experience was not like that at all. I could hear in her voice that she wanted to serve me and was glad to be there. When I pulled around to the window, she smiled at me, looked at me, and handled the transaction in a positive way. After I got my food, I thanked her. I think all of us want kindness and compassion, but none of us expect to find it late night at a Taco Bell drive thru. The interaction lifted my spirits, and I was thankful. Hope she gets to...
Read moreOh how I wish i could give less stars. Worst taco bell experience EVER. No I didnt get my food. Between the absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed here I had to drive off. DEAD FLIPPIN SILENCE FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES! order popped up on the screen. "Excuse me ma'am would it be possible to get a soft taco instead of the hard taco. "Nah aint doin that" so i said scrap the order and went to wendys. The lady there was VERY POLITE! VERY HELPFUL! AND EXTREMELY...
Read moreTonight was the fourth time that I had to turn around for an item missing from my order. And the first time I went through, woman manning the window was more concerned about me pulling my car back then over again to reset the timer in the kitchen. I only ever order for two people, me and my wife. We only ever get two items each, two drinks, and maybe something to split. And we almost never special order. I normally go through the drive-thru to place an order, they give it to me, and I don't like to look at everything, count it all, and hold up the line. I want to give their employees the benefit of the doubt. But almost every other time that I've come home or am on the road I'll look at the bag and find something missing after they've charged me for it. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to bother going anymore because it's just a waste of...
