I have lived here in jacksonville for a long while. I have used this restaurant many times and used the delivery many times.Tonight I called and ordered a small pizza with three items on it and there was no sauce on it at all. I also ordered 2 app. The marina with 5 meatballs I asked for extra sauce. Nope. And I ordered and paid $9.00 for some shrimp....I got a super small portion and they were so salty I couldn't eat them. The biggest part is I ordered at 5pm going on 6pm I opened the doors and opened the blinds and watched every car coming in. It said 60 minutes But by almost 7:30p I called to see why. I first talked to a young lady and she was confused and said it is not on their computer. I said...funny it took my money already and tip money. The young lady finally found it and asked me where I live again and all the information I gave her. She came back again and again....finally she said the delivery guy knocked on my door 3 times (lie) since I paced the house and stood by front door looking out for a long time before calling to bother them about if the food was coming. The girl gave the phone to the manager ....this manager should of said how he could fix the problem. He just about told me it was my fault for not calling right away. I told him I am a good customer and I didn't think someone like him would be talking to me. He was RUDE And UGLY in tone. He kept telling me I should of called loudly. I finally told him to stop talking to me like that. He got louder. I want to let the owner of that store to know who he has working as a manager for him! I cancelled the order when he hung up the phone on me. I have never had problems with this place....Its a family run place and the pizza tastes halfway close to a good pizza. I told them I wanted hand tossed pizza and it is paper thin. And cold really. I called and told him I want my money back since the online system already took the money out of my account. He would not talk to me and told the young girl to tell me it could take it up to a week. I put in almost $50 to everything in that order. The order was cancelled and I got a phone call and it was a delivery guy and said the other delivery guy just left the stuff on the door step of somewhere , to a business and left. But yet...it was my fault for not being standing at the door. But I was. All the time. And it was my fault that I didn't call at the hour promised for delivery. I waited about 20 to 30 minutes after to give them a chance. I don't remember the managers name But this is July 9th 2020. This occurred between 5p and 8p. I have been going to this place for 3 years now. Never had this before. And if that is who they employ as the mature person in the store....I am done. A Jacksonville,...
Read moreUpdate The owners contacted me and they made things right. In todays age of shortage of workers and customer service being at an all time low, me and my husband was very impressed with how fast they responded and the fact that they really care about their brand. To me that deserves (6) stars alone. I also take into consideration that maybe it may have been an off day that day as me and my husband did go back another day and ordered a pizza and it was fantastic😃😋😃😋
You have delicious pizza but your customer service and treatment of me and my husband has made us loyal customers. We thank you for keeping alive a skill that has taken a back seat lately and that’s good customer treatment and following up with customer concerns. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
As new residents of Jacksonville, we were looking for a great pizza spot purely based on reviews. So looking at these reviews we knew for sure that this would be good pizza!!! And boy were we wrong!!!!! Our 1 star rating is for professionalism and pizza cheese. Taste is a zero!!! Unfortunately the pizza was bland and the sauce is flavorless. My family was sooooo dissatisfied; even my toddler! Thankfully I was able to add spices and buy some marinara for dipping; which allowed them to stomach 1 of the 2 pizzas. Total...
