March 7th 2025 update. Ordered through the mobile app at 11:47 for pickup, nothing big, just a plate and 1 side. Got to the location at 12 as the app said that was my pickup time. Got in the pickup line and was told "were just waiting on the fried rice". So I wait, and wait, and wait. While I watch and 2 batches of the fried rice are brought out and they keep fulfilling the drive through and instore line, also watched myltiple other pickups occur. I asked how much longer and they said the same thing "waiting on fried rice". I didnt get my order until 12:16. What's the point in using the app and doing everything before hand if it's just going to get pushed to the side and everyone else gets taken care of before hand? It just doesn't make any sense. Don't advertise a mobile order system if you can't keep up with it and still maintain your normal traffic flow.
Original review. I go here a good amount and it's always quicker to go inside. The past few months i've gone through the drive through and average almost 30 minutes to go through and get my food. There should be no reason we should be sitting at the order screen for 5-10 minutes waiting to hear someone on top of having to wait in a line if cars. It's also very discourageling to see people walk in and out with there food while the drive through line hasn't moved. It's fast food,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at this location. Looks and seem well kept whereas seems so much more newer and has outside seating too which is nice. We got here 1020; before opening time. They couldnāt get any orders until open time which is fine. But once they could, we still had to wait for them to finish cooking sum food items. They respectfully just directed us to park in front until she could bring the food out, but this has been the longest to wait and itās been 30mins since been opened; with 4customers out front, parked waiting. Well at least the ones inside chose the food items to not have to wait on I guess, and then last two cars behind me got their food before ours too! Hmmm...Even though having good, hot and yet fresh food is definitely a bonus, well expected and much needed, but waiting on it 30-35mins after opening time, idk, not what I expected would happen. I was planning on giving 3 stars, but a 4 star is what I decided, due to our first time, feeling generous and hoping this is or was the only downfall at the time being. But after 30-35mins in waiting, Iām going to leave it with 3 stars at the moment until our next time. But luckily they did five a free entree item coupon, which was nice and much respectable, but no apology of waiting so long or anything. Just keep up the hard work though Panda Express team and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly, everybody in this review section is very entitled. I have a friend who works at another establishment in Winston Salem and I can definitely say they are all packed to the brim with people after lunch. Thereās 20+ items on the table at one time that all need to be made as they are ordered. You mean to tell me the people in this comment section are unhappy about a wait time like it the individuals at the front of the desk fault, my question is why is there only 2 stoves for 30 items. I asked one time and how long it takes to make one item and I was told 5-6 minutes⦠you mean to tell me each item takes 5-6 minutes and these people over here complaining about a wait time??? People are way too entitled at Panda Express and these reviews show it. I absolutely loved the customer service in the establishment, I was able to get the name of 2 individuals, Sam and John, they are absolutely the reason why my review is what it is. They tried their hardest to keep up with a 30 customer establishment including me. I was greeted apon walking in, and able to get my food. Even though it was a wait I understood. Those workers up front and in the back do not stop moving, and itās something that shouldnāt...
