I am not one to ever leave reviews, and I have never had a bad Buffalo Wild Wings experience in my life, but the experience I had in the Jacksonville, NC location was too terrible not to speak up. The beginning of the experience started off fine. We were seated quickly, drink order taken, and the waitress (Ragland) seemed very polite and kind. It was down hill from there. The drink order was a sweet water blue, blue moon, tall miller lite, and an angry orchard. What came out was a short coors, two blue moons, and a sweet water blue, and all were set in the wrong position. We mentioned the angry orchard wasnât there, that the coors was supposed to be a tall, and that we had an extra Blue moon. The waitress laughed about the mixup, apologized, and then went to fix the order after taking our appetizer order. Almost 20 min later we received the angry orchard, another short Coors, and no refill on the sweet water that we had asked for. We mentioned this issue, and all the problems were blamed on the bar tenders. The appetizers came out, drink order was as correct as it was going to be and she mentioned that she was charging us for the extra beer she brought even though we just let it sit on the table. We waited over an hour after that for our food. Becoming impatient we asked what the issue was, and the waitress said that she didnât know how to tell us so she just avoided our table. Apparently our food was given to the table behind ours, and instead of rectifying the situation they just told the cooks to remake ours. The food came out cold like it had been prepared quickly but had sat for a stretch of time. At that time all six at our table were tired, frustrated, and a little on edge. The waitress laughed at all the mixups and offered no means of rectification. We ate quickly, asked for our checks, and attempted to get out of there. She stopped at another table on the way to get our checks to make sure they were comfortable but the waitress bringing the drinks spilled one down the back of another customer. She dropped our appetizer as she was approaching our table with it, which I am a very understanding person and I understand things happen. It was an accident and not not even why Iâm upset right now. When she comes back with the appetizer a second time it had blue cheese on it, which we had explained to her not to put blue cheese on our appetizer as Iâm allergic to it and she wanted to argue back-and-forth with us stating that we never said we didnât want blue cheese on it which we did so she comes back with it a third time 20 minutes later, and the appetizer is originally supposed to have green onions on it, which we had told her to put the green onions on the side as my fiancĂ© does not eat green onions, and thatâs why we told her to put the green onions on the side and whenever she brought the appetizer the second time whenever it was wrong, there was green onions on it, but when she came to bring us the appetizer the third time there wasnât any green onions on the side and we asked her why there wasnât no green onions with the appetizer as green onions come on appetizer she said that there wasnât any Which did not make any sense to us at all.. We had a coupon on my phone through Buffalo Wild Wings app it was Buy traditional wings get traditional wings for free we did not get our wings until 30 to 45 minutes later and at this point we just wanted our stuff to go and as we got the receipt, our order total was wrong. Our waitress had put buy one get one half off And she put us down for 15 wings as I only got 10 wings. We then requested the manager for a second time as the manager did not do anything to make us feel better about our visit to this restaurant She just brushed our situation off like it wasnât no big deal. I am highly upset that I spent almost $50 with what kind of service we received tonight and not to mention when we got home when we went to go eat our wings they were so hard and I wouldnât even feed these wings to my dog!!    Read moreSo far Iâve ordered twice here and both to go orders on the app. My first time, sum of my order was forgotten or mixed up a little and I waited longer for it then the time expected to pick up, I was there for 20-30mins longer and most the people came in after me had thereâs and left. I was told my order didnât pop up right away on there screen and will have it right out soon. I was a bit disappointed but itâs a silly tech fail or simply just continuous check to see any orders coming through, idk. At least I didnât have my daughter with me though, so I was still patient and just glad they could get the food out finally. Iâm happy to see they still check if all items are there and the sides and in front of us before just giving it to the guest. It helps because if we want something to add or questions we have that option to as they double check. Sometimes that being said, I know it gets way busy especially games nights or weekends, but if it didnât get checked over a second/third time then my kids food wouldnât have had everything or my wings wouldâve been pretty dry when supposed to be saucy. My second time, it was more in and out luckily but it was at the beginning of lunch hour and dead. My wrap was pretty small and lightly sauce, if I wouldâve checked that I wouldâve mentioned but it was still okay. I always love their wings hands down, and they have great variety of options. It does get pretty pricey there but it is BWW. I love the BWW rewards app too, I love seeing more things you can get the guests get into and benefit and come again. All in all, I havenât had a problem with the place yet, I mean sum things get forgotten or lightly sauces sometimes; which hopefully it happens less bc that does get old seeing, but there hasnât been a problem of them willing to make it...
