Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I visited two different Arby's in two different towns in Central Arkansas this week! Which is a good indication that Arby's hasn't lost any of their ability to turn out a quality sandwich. If you don't want roast beef, they have other meats to choose from, Ham, Chicken, (and their Chicken Salad is a HIT!), Turkey and Tuna. Betcha you're gonna find more than one of those that is a palate pleaser for you! The 1st two sandwiches and curly fries were served up by the Cabot Arby's on Monday evening. I enjoy a change from a fast burger every time we're out and need to eat. I ordered 2 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches from the "2 For $6 Menu". My husband and I were pleased to find that both sandwiches were well covered with thin slices of tender roast beef. We opted for their Arby's Sauce, a mild, simple barbecue sauce that is a good, basic sauce without too many spices or pepper heat for my sensitive tummy. The cajun spiced Curly Fries added in the savory flavor to our bites. Four days later found me 8-10 miles from Cabot in the city of Jacksonville shopping there. Having both enjoyed our Arby's on Monday, we agreed that we wanted Arby's again Friday night. The Arby's in Jacksonville has been on my list of fav places to eat for more than 25 years! That's a pretty darn good recommendation for this restaurant right there! Besides choosing to eat here when ever I am shopping in Jacksonville, I worked at two medical offices here for several years and I chose to eat here often then too. Friday night, I again chose from the "2 for $6 Menu" for our sandwiches. This time one Classic Roast Beef and the other, a Beef n' Cheddar. When I got home with them, and opened them up to reheat, I found both generously piled with roast beef, and mine had a good amount of warm, melty Cheddar Cheese on top of the roast beef. The curly fries were almost too hot from the fryer to nibble on when the young lady handed the bag out the Drive-Thru window. But the BEST tasting fries are those from your hot bag! So, I risked a blistered tongue for the tasty reward!😋🍟 The order of 4 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were also just removed from the fryer, with steam rising from the stringy, hot Mozzarella centers! The lightly browned, breadcrumb exterior was rather bland of spices, being neither salty (Thankfully!), nor hot with black pepper, nor savory with Garlic Powder or other spices. Never the less, I scarfed down 2 right away, saving the other 2 to reheat at home. Five minutes in my Toaster Oven with the fries, on a low reheat setting of 150°F brought the fries and cheese Sticks back to just cooked quality freshness. You may enter Arby's building to order from the front counter or use the Drive-Thru lane. I didn't see any customers eating inside at the tables, however, I did notice that at 7:00p.m. the chairs were sitting on the floor as if for use. During the last year and a half of Covid changes, I have seen chairs placed upside down on top of the tables, as a sign that the dining area was closed to customers. So, I don't know what their status is currently about the dining areas, and it could vary by city or Covid status. So, should you find yourself in either Cabot, Jacksonville or E. McCain Blvd in North Little Rock, near the Walmart Store, you will discover another quality Arby's there that I can give 5☆ to also, and your energy is sinking, tummy is grumbling, and you want some good food-- Look for the Arby's sign and pull thru! I ordered through the app and the lady at the drive through was very rude. I guess she was mad that I ordered through the app and placed it right as I was pulling up so I don't have to order through the speaker. She was all mad about how I made the order "18 seconds ago", but if I would have ordered through the speaker it would have been zero seconds ago so I'm not sure why that's so bad. She had me pull all the way around to the door instantly instead of going to the window for some reason and when she brought the order out she dropped it my aunt all "sassy" like lol, then instantly dug in her pants and got on her phone. I normally wouldn't care but she was so butt hurt about it I feel like I have to say something. She needs to go work it somewhere without customer service...

I went in to order my food to go there was people standing outside waiting on their orders they said for 45 minutes but i went in amd ordered my food anyways and when i got my order home my half pound combo was a beef and chedder and my roast beef gyro was covered in the sauce i didnt eat it the fries were old fries.I called the next day i was told to bring in my receipt and the manager instead of giving my money back she remade my order and when i checked it when i got in the car there was spit in my gyro i guess Arbys needs better...
