I came through your drive-through at 5660 Beach Blvd. I had been there earlier in the day and tried to order some of your strawberry cream pies they told me that it would be a wait somewhere about eight or 10 minutes I told him I could not do that that I would come back I returned to that store about 20 minutes till and tried to order Three or four of your strawberry cream pies no one would answer the intercom the intercom was lit up the ordering board the menu was lit up your sign out on the street was lit up the whole restaurant was lit up I tried to get someone to speak to me over the speaker they would not answer so I drove around to the drive-through window where I looked in and there were people hiding in the back of your restaurant where the food is prepared. I honked my horn nobody answered I looked up and on the wall in your restaurant I saw what time it was and no one would come to the window no one would answer the intercom for the drive-through it was at a quarter till 11. I looked at the sign on the windows of the drive-through where it said you were open till 11 oâclock. I went around the restaurant someone has turned the lights off in the dining room and I drove through and saw people hiding in the kitchen waving at me to go on. But yet your drive-through menu board was still lit up along with your street sign was lit up and the restaurant they had turn the lights off out in the dining room but the kitchen area was lit up they did not want to serve me even though youâre supposed to be open till 11 oâclock. I was highly disappointed and could not believe that they tried to not serve me. I thought this was truly rude and unprofessional. I hope someone will take care of this...
Read moreI am posting this on my husband's facebook as I do not have one. The one star is for Teron the young gentleman behind the counter that was very pleasant and accomodating. The manager there that day could care less (I asked for the name of the manager) who refused to come out and address the issues. The dining room was filthy and all the tables were dirty. There were liquids all over the floor and my husband being disabled and using a walker, let's just say DANGEROUS. Not to mention that we had cards from the district manager to use at our descretion which the manager (Jaime, I asked the manager on duty's name) needed to put a code in but was no where to be found, I have no problem paying for our food, but, we thought for once we would use oneof the cards. We had also ordered food not included in the coupon. All the food was cold (cheese sticks are horrible cold) and behind the line was a cluster F%$#. Orders were coming out harry carry and customer were complaining. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon. People that came in after us with much larger orders were served and I had to go up and ask about ours only to see it sitting in the window for 15 minutes. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH DISTRICT!!!!!! What a shame, I used to love their roast beef. Will not go to this particular Arbys again. Kudos to Teron - very...
Read moreArbyâs food is seriously underrated, and whenever I go at night, there are usually only one or two cars in line. I guess that gives management the idea that itâs fine to run the place with just one or two employees. Tonight, I went through the drive thru and there was only one guy working, handling everything. Itâs like their whole business model is built around the idea that if employees arenât completely overwhelmed, then they must be overstaffed. So far, it seems like this location has abysmal respect for their employees. For a job that requires you to stand, there should be chairs for you to sit and I didnât see any chairs for the guy to sit down. However, even if there was a chair, he wouldnât have a chance to sit since he was the only one working in there. The way employees are cared for contributes to the customerâs experience. Training employees to smile through the pain feels a lot like gaslighting. When you hire someone, thereâs a level of mutual respect that should come with it. If you canât respect your employee enough to properly staff your business and then excuse the burnout of your employees as just part of the job for fast food service, then you have no business managing people. You donât have a restaurant run by AI and a robotic cook just yet, so until then, treat your employees with some...
