I go here every morning and get a Duncan run. A large or extra large coffee and you get a donut for a dollar. I usually have this for breakfast but this morning they have a new manager and most of the crew I have never seen. The kid behind the register could not ring up the donut for a dollar he went to get the manager to ask her how to ring it up. She said just ring it up regular. Therefore he didn't know how to ring it up for it to be a dollar so I skipped the donut and just got my coffee. When I got my coffee it was black no cream and sugar like I ordered. There was none out on the dining area so I had to go back to the register. I tried taking up for the kid when the manager came over there she wanted to know what the problem was I told her my coffee was black and I needed cream and sugar. Then I proceeded to tell her that they shouldn't need people at the register when they are not trained. It's wrong to do that to a person to leave them up there and not know what they're doing. All these people around he's asking and no one's answering him. Then when the manager came over there and I explained to her the issue. That I will be missing breakfast this morning because he could not ring up my donut. Not only was I missing my breakfast but my coffee was black with no cream and sugar and I was just trying to get cream and sugar. Then she got rude and said are you done ordering? And I said yes and then I told her she should not leave employees up there without training and she should answer their questions when asked, she said how do you think I feel? I'm new too. So the manager doesn't know how to ring up a Duncan run donut for a dollar? Just curious because if that's the case then the manager needs to be retrained too. This is the worst dunkin' donuts I have ever been to. And I will be changing my morning routine they won't be getting any more of my money when I'm treated like that. I go there everyday for coffee ice cream what have you but I won't...

Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. We tried to order chocolate ice cream, and was told they did not have chocolate. We asked what flavors thely had. She said they have 30 flavors & she couldn't tell us. So we looked at the menu online & everything we asked for she said was not available. We ended up ordering 5 double scoop ice creams & when we checked the receipt one was only a single scoop. So we asked if we could have it changed to a double scoop & we would pay the difference. She rang us up for a double scoop & we paid for it. So now we have paid for 6 ice creams, needing only 5. Then it took over 20 minutes to be handed a bag & told all 6 ice creams are in the bag. We checked & only 5 ice creams were in the bag. So then we wait 5 more minutes for the 6th ice cream that we paid for but only needed 5. She was ery rude & irritated having to fill our order. Nothing like taking your kids to get ice cream on spring break & to have someone so miserable...
