Marshalls — Local services in Jacksonville

Went to Marshalls this evening to purchase a new handbag for our upcoming vacation. I found a red leather one that was missing it’s carrying strap. The bag was full price and not discounted. I still wanted the bag but was not going to pay full price. I took the bag to the register and asked if they could discount it. The employee told me that they could not discount it. I then noticed that the strap was sitting on the counter behind her. I pointed out the strap and it was definitely to the bag. The employee then told me that it was the strap for their scanner. Really?! That strap was to the bag I wanted to purchase and she told me that the manger had purchased that strap for the scanner. The employee was not willing to put the strap back on the bag and was very rude about it. Marshalls not only lost the sale but they have lost...

Marshal has a very nice and stressless atmosphere going, While shopping it seems as if shoppers are very focused and if two need to pass each other, it will be done without a look but just a move, very interesting, because shoppers want to be able to use every minute to look and search through the variety of Items present, which includes quality products on every level, I find myself browsing for two hours in there starting from the entrance, ending in the back with household goods, furniture, very nice. Got a nice chest out of there fitting my office perfectly. And name brand shoes for decent prices. Very...

NAME BRAND clothing with walmart prices. Didn't know we had this treasure trove so close to the house. Nice to have a great retail store on westside. Early morning shopping is the best time to go for cleansiness. By the time evening has arrive everyone's done messed up the store in their hey look at this deal frenzy. They have a place to hang the stuff you changed your mind on behind the register but ppl like to put things where ever and how ever they want. Westside damn don't have enough to buy all this ( prices so good put to much in the basket) so they put it wherever but in the morning it's great. BEST...
