Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have to take a moment to say that I am INCREDIBLY impressed with this store & the quality of service the manager personally showed to us. This evening my husband & I were out late (a rare and cherished date night) we made a stop by T-Bell for just 4 cheesy roll ups before heading home to our 3 kids & the reality of another 3 months before another date night with just us. In any event, the vehicle in the drive thru line ahead of us was 5 people full of intoxicated individuals and they were Loud & causing quite alot of difficulty for the team working and especially for the poor girl working at the window. We could hear and see the situation & honestly it wasn't more than maybe a 10-12 minute wait, we weren't upset. However the manager personally gave us our cheesey roll ups at his expense due to the wait & apologized for the situation. My husband & I were shocked at the level of customer service & care that went into that act especially because he personally stood beside his associate in support and leadership when she spoke to us. This is my fast food place of choice in Jacksonville. Parking can be tight, so if you have a big truck it could be difficult finding a spot, especially when it's busy. Most of the employees are friendly and even if they are in the middle of a task, they will say "be right with you," type things to acknowledge your presence. They always seem short staffed, so when it gets busy there can be a 15-20 minute wait for an order to come out, but I can at least see them all doing stuff, so I don't hold the wait times against them. They are also really good about remembering to put any sauce packets in the delivery orders. The food is Taco Bell. It's probably pretty bad for you, it tastes good enough, and it's fairly inexpensive. I'd recommend eating it fast because cold Taco Bell doesn't taste nearly as good, and the texture gets all weird. I like the employees here, so I think it's the best Taco Bell in Jacksonville. The one on North Marine Blvd. near the 258 turn off is pretty good too. In my opinion, It's worth the extra few minutes driving to either this Taco Bell or the N. Marine Blvd. one instead of going to the one by Walmart, or especially the one on...

Hey all. I want to give a big thumbs up to this place. It’s the only Taco Bell I will go to in Jacksonville, NC because it’s worth the drive. The customer service is wonderful and the very few times a mistake has been made in my order they are not only quick to remedy it but they are apologetic. Most times they will also give you something extra for your troubles. I know most of them there and they are genuine. So when they talk to you they mean it. If they take the time to chit chat with you it’s because they actually care about you. In my opinion the service is top notch. The only complaint I have if it’s any is the fact that no Taco Bell is able to find a way for the tacos to not stick to the paper and I wish they would fill the taco salads to the top. But I’m not really complaining about that either because the food is prepped well and tastes fresh which is very important to me. I give this place 2 thumbs up and I ring of the bell!
