I go to this one regularly. As in 1-3x a week after radiation and immunotherapy. usually, it's really good, but last week when i went i got a #7 (bacon and swiss chicken) and they forgot the bacon. Didn't know till i got home, and when i went back, I got accused of just trying to get a free meal. No, I just wanted bacon. Tonight I go, and it's been a bad day already, why should this have been a better experience? it wasn't. this time, they weren't very busy, so I stayed in the drive thru. My window is busted, so my hubby got out of the car, the dude at the drive thru didn't want to give him our drinks. no smile, no greeting, just a tired and mean look. Finally got our drinks, 4 of them, had to request a drink carrier. Asked for bbq, ketchup and honey mustard. Dude gave us reg mustard. had to ask for starws, got 3 instead of 4. Then while I was checking the order for correctness, (they forgot the bacon AGAIN) a female worker came to the window and said "ma'am pull forward, you're running up my time." I admit, I got mad. The manager came over in the hopes he could fix it, sweet and smiley. Reminds me of my old neighbor, and I miss that. But then the woman LIED and said she never said anything about time, and LIED and said she had used the word please. I lost it. I don't like ppl lying. It's uncalled for. I called her out , cussed, told her i'll run every single second up since she wants to be rude. I shouldn't have, and I'm sorry. I ended up slamming the car door (my window is busted and can't open, so my door was open) and just drove home. Checked the food at home, and sure enough, no bacon. I tried to call to apologize, and to explain what happened to the manager, but the phone is disconnected? at least the two numbers on google...
Read morePlace is just sad. Manager clearly doesn’t care. Everyone moves slow. BK is my favorite fast food place yet I’ll go to checkers instead because they can at least get your order right.
My wife and I went inside the store because seems like every time we go to drive thru the order is wrong. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a cloud of dark smoke and a staff that appeared miserable. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches and requested to please have fresh dropped fish. They person in the back proceeded to make them with old fish the person taking our order and us saw this and requested he correct it. He waited about 15 and fixed them again using THE SAME FISH!!
The manager didn’t do or say anything this entire time while the lobby continued to fill with smoke and staff moved like zombies. The drink machine was out of most flavors like sprite, coke, strawberry Fanta, and hi-c fruit punch. So after 20 mins of waiting and receiving old fish twice the woman who took our order, frustrated, headed towards the back to drop the fish herself because this still wasn’t done. By this time we were feed up with this entire ordeal and simply asked for a refund.
This is a embarrassment to the brand and hurts all stores in the franchise. They really need to have someone help this location. Install management and staff that will take pride in their work and embrace the companies core values...
Read moreI visited Wednesday morning around 10:00 a.m. for breakfast, and while they were busy and appeared to be slightly understaffed, the three people who were there did a remarkable job of preparing my food exactly as expected, quickly, and professionally. They were also friendly and attentive, which is not always easy to muster under such pressure. I observed them working together seamlessly, processing drive-through orders as fast as possible while I sat and ate inside. I made it a point to praise the manager for a job well done because I did have a less than stellar experience there a few weeks ago (very relaxed atmosphere in the dining area). The GM happened to be there the day I had issues and gave me his card, which I've misplaced, but I wish I could tell him that my experience this past Wednesday was a 180° turnaround from my previous experience, and the management team clearly corrected any issues I had on that day. I commend the management team and the staff that were working on the morning of 7/16/25 for an exceptional job. Those three are keepers, and I hope they will be...
