Placed a mobile order. When I reached the drive-thru I was aksed to come inside. The layout of the drive-thru prevents driving around so I had to wait for the vehicles in front of me to complete their orders. Normally no big deal, today it was 17 minutes to get to the window. At the window I asked "why do I have to come inside. Its unsafe and I have a car full of kids." The clerk replied, "we backed up, can't see your order." I knew a intellectual conversation was out of the question so I drove around, parked, and walked in. I left the kids in the car as I didn't want to expose them to what I would see inside the store. The store itself was in shambles; discarded rappers, aprons, and scraps of food littered the tables and floors, definitely an unclean amd unsafe environment. As I walked in the clerk yelled across the way, "is that order for Brian?" I replied, "Yes can I have it please." "We haven't made it yet we're making it now," replied the clerk. I asked, "why did I have to come inside?" She replied, "The mobile apps don't work unless you walk in." I know this is a fallacy; I've used the mobile app multiple times for drive-thru only. It was nearly a surreal experience as four other customers were there, aslo waiting for their food. A fith customer walked in, they had forgotten three of his items. The three ladies in the back were frantic and argued as orders were missing items and food was made wrong. A fourth employee, he appeared to be a manager or corporate representative as he had a blue collared shirt, walked around and looked intently at his phone, not really helping but just kind of being there. Another 12 minutes had passed I finally received my food I inspected my food and saw the items I ordered were there and I asked for a receipt so I can complete an online survey. I was told " it's a mobile order they don't get receipts." Another lie as in the past I've received receipts. When I asked for hot sauce she had responded as if I'd asked her to donate a kidney and sacrifice her own life upon the altar of some foreign god. With a flustering sigh she slammed a handful into the bag. In this age of social discussing and weaning restaurant usage this is not the example a store should make in order to run and sustain a successful business.

WORST EVER!! Ordered a (chicken) chalupa combo, one chalupa is missing and the one I received only had meat and sour cream, the crunchy taco is soggy, has no meat only beans lettuce and cheese that’s small & looks old all broken up. And everything is cold cold. No sauce was even placed in the bag. The only thing that came correct was the drink, not to mention how long the order took. This restaurant always messing things up and need to be taken off #doordash ….this food is very unacceptable and garbage!! And the one that’s wrong DONT EVEN HAVE CHICKEN!!!

Staff is hostile.. I’ve worked at taco bell as a shift manager before and I would be appalled to know this is my staff’s attitude. They left food out of our order(not the first time) they took my food bag back to check. And then DUMPED all the toppings out of my double stacked taco.. they almost always have a bad attitude when you ask them to make their wrongs right. There’s no reason you should be asking me to come inside for my order YOU messed up. The attitude and quality is so poor. Will always be going to the one on US1 now.

This place does not give you part of your food order. They actually accuse you of eating it, then, refuse to replace it! Seriously!

It’s no wonder this place had no cars in the drive thru or parking lot when I was there.

After getting my food, I ate part of my combo order in the parking lot (the hard shell taco) and then discovered my burrito had not been included from my #10. I ordered nearly $30 worth of food, so it was a full bag, six items. I should have checked before leaving the order was complete. My bad there

After going through the drive through to explain my missing item, a lady worker asked for my bag, rather rudely. I was asked to pull around.

This worker, Sergey, walked over like he never could never possibly make a mistake. “I personally made your order and put it in the bag”. “We saw you eating in the parking lot”. Yeah dude. The part of the order I received. He tried to ignore me when I asked him his name. He just walked away. I only know his name as I had them call the GM. Only then did they refund for the missing item (they offered a free burrito at first), but there was no way I was letting Sergey make my food again. His name was on the receipt for the refund.

Please avoid this place. Mistakes happen, but this dude took it to a different level that almighty Sergey could have never missed an order item. Go back and check...

Went here at 11 at night. I dont expect much from late night dining but if im paying the same amount at night as during the day, at least be some what good. I ordered 5 items. A beefy nacho without beans, a cheesey double beef burrito without fiesta strips, a soft taco, a large baja blast with no ice, and hot sauce. The only things that were right were the soft taco and the drink. They forgot my burrito. I had to go back through the line and tell them they forgot an item. The lady assumes im a different guest and gets my order wrong again (she says how do you get the wrong item when you only got one. It clearly wasnt me.) I get the item and i realized that even though i asked for hot sauce i recieced 0. I tell the lady after she brings the burrito and she says i can come get it myself. I assumed she realized that this experience wasnt good so she was like nevermind ill get it for you. I get home and realized that the nachos had beans even though i asked for none. There were more beans than beef. My burrito had fiesta strips though i asked for none. Dont even wanna eat anymore

I dont care if its late. Save your money or go to a different taco bell. This one...
