Krystal — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I was not going to write a negative review but then this happened, it was a rainy Sunday night, i came to order for my family and was asked to come back in 15 minutes because of a shift change, i took my daughter home to pack a bag to go to a friends house, dropped her to the friends house then went by krystal on main street hoping i would get served there but they were closed im talking lights out empty building but that’s another review, anyway i went back to this location only to be asked to wait 1 more minutes 😳🤔. i mentioned to the cashier that i was told to come back once already i asked if i could get a disc on my order to accommodate my now 25 minute wait, boy why did i do that🤦🏾‍♀️ . I was told NO and after a brief back and forth with the MANAGER i proceeded to place my order when i got to the window the manager was apologetic saying they had to get the grill back up because all the food had gone out and thats what took time i said I understood the hiccup but i did not want any funny business when it came to my food she said i dont play like that and then she agreed to discount the order making my $19 dollar ticket now $12 i thought that was nice so I deleted my original review thinking management had taken care of it, i was wrong. As you will see from my pictures she actually gave me the food that was going to the waste obviously just to get me out of the drive thru since she claimed my wait was for the grill i had no reason to check my bags but once i got home there it was a 12 sackful of nasty OLD burgers. All you can eat for only 5.99. Krystal has really step there game up. I ate 8 Krystal and one set of fries. One thing I would like to do is to get self service ketchup. They do have package ketchup but I would rather have a pump bottle. The service is go. It felt like a restaurant. The lady behind the counter. Took my order and later brought me my Krystal. I am glad Krystal has good bad to be value service restaurant. First of all. Lobby was empty. Drive through line was standstill. So we went inside. Once order was placed. Breakfast. Eggs only was being served SCRAMBLED. Our bread was to be Biscuits. 2 3 Egg breakfasts. The Window cashier was serving window and Lobby. Gave Us our meals. Got home, No Biscuits. Lightly toasted bread. Packaged all back up returned to Krystals. Stepped inside Lobby. Cook was shuffling back and forth in pickup window. After a few minutes she spoke up. May I help you? We explained of mixup in order. She called Server from Window. Said " fix your mistake" ( sad, no Team work, so sad) as Server finished window order. She went in kitchen to correct our meal. We left. I pray the best for this Young lady working with a no team player. Someone don't care about Customer Service. I pray She is blessed with a better Job. Soon...
