We paid $35 for a hot meal after working 12-hour shift I did not check my food it was cold and it was burnt I called the next day talk to management did not want my money back he insisted we bring the receipt back and he was make me and my husband's order fresh we brought the receipt back the new girl that is working their first of all she's prejudiced very disrespectful and I was nice as can be she refused to call management finally when she did they told me I have to bring the food back after they told me don't worry about bringing the food back so I fed it to my dogs it was burnt 🔥 now I'm out of food and $35 we have been eating there every week since the day they open I will never go back it's not about the money not once did I ask for the money back they insisted I brought the receipt back not the food and they would recook my meal they lost some good customers and I'm telling everybody how I was treated very racist and I've never been treated like that and I'll be 59 years...

I ate at this location a few times but this time was terrible. The food tasted awful. The grease used to fry the food was old, fries mushy and soggy and the meat was old and smelled really bad. It should be a crime to serve old meat to your customers. I could smell the odor from the meat as soon as I bit into it. My husband took the food back and explained the quality of the food was off compared to how we have known it to be. The employee tried to give push back and didn’t want to replace the food. He gave some of the money back. He never offered an apology or try to rectify the issue. No one wants to drive all the way home ready to What you want to eat and feel disappointed by the food tasting like trash. I love tunis. Been eating here since I was 16. Not this location of course but in general and I'm 36 now, but tonight was horrible. Arrived at 9:30ish asked were they open because I don't want bad food. Ordered something simple because I didn't want them to have to do much, 5 tenders and fries. Tenders were ok but those fries were atrocious. I'd rather them told me they were closed than eat those fries. I will go back because it was late but still if you close at 10, then serve...
