Golden Egg Roll Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I will never give them my money again. We ordered close to 60$ worth of food and did not get one of our orders of chicken wings. I called over four times, it took them forever to answer and when they did answer they told me that I only ordered one bag of wings. At this point I’m upset and just said ok but I remember ordering 2 sets of wings. I check my receipt and I do see I paid for two. My husband went back up there because it was now dark outside. He explained to them the situation for over 20 mins and the two lady’s kept going back and forth. He politely asked them can he get his wings and they said “ NO we don’t believe you”. He stated that everyone in there said “Just give the man his chicken wings . Never again!!! You really think we are going to lie about a bag of 5$ chicken wings! Last night 12/17/18 I placed a order over the phone for a General Tso Chicken with House Fried Rice for myself , Bourbon Chicken with Fried Rice for my fiancé. After I got home and ate a few pieces of the General Tso Chicken , this particular one I ate did not taste right or was the meat soft. After I took it out my mouth and inspected the meat “We all know chicken meat is white unless it’s dark meat , through all my experience ordering General Tso Chicken from up north where I’m from the chicken meat was white inside. That piece was mixed with white and dark which totally disgusts me, I throw away the food and my fiancé was disgusted as well and throw away her food. I sent the pictures to my co-worker who recommend me the spot , he advised I take it back and get my money back , but I rather not go to this location again , futhermore stop eating Chinese food all together! I have been in Jacksonville over 30 yrs, have eaten at Chinese restaurants all over town and this is the worst take out light lunch I have ever experienced! How can anyone burn egg drop soup? A really good egg drop soup is yellow in color, light , with lots of cooked egg white floating all the way through. My soup was orange, and when you lifted the container, or a spoonful to smell the aroma all you could smell was burnt skillet!!:-(. And the egg roll was a dead giveaway at being recognized as grocery store frozen food quality. When trying to call the location to talk about the quality of the food we were quickly ignored and hung up on! The high rating reviews on here for this location must come from staff members and their families spending many hrs online posting bogus ratings.
