That was by far the worse KFC I have made the mistake to purchase food from. I came through about 3:00pm last Sunday and ordered the $20.00 full meal deal. The drive-thru was narrow and has no escape area in case a person changes their mind but that is the least of my complaints at this location. When ordering at this entrapment I was informed that it would be at least 25 minutes to get any white meat and 15 minutes for dark meat only, now remember I stated that this drive-thru was an entrapment? Well let's put it this way, I would have to wait no matter because I had other consumers ahead of me in this dive of a drive-thru so needless to say I ordered the dark meat because at that point all I wanted to do is hurry up and get the heck out of there. Also do you remember the time that I was there? Well that was well after the church rush so can someone tell me why I would have to wait for 25 minutes for white meat? The other issue was the employees put off the impression that they just didn't want to be at work. At a time when so many people are unemployed I find it hard to believe that there are still employees such as these. Well after paying for the meal of dark meat I was told to pull in the parking lot and wait there and I waited and I waited and finally 12 minutes later I got my 8 pieces of dark meat. Oh yes and I don't want to sound like it was all their fault, no not at all. After spending 50+ dollars for four people picking up through the drive-thru I asked for condiment packets as I always previously did over the last 40+ years ketchup, ranch dressing. And then I asked what other kind of dipping sauces they had I was told at the drive-thru that any condiment was $.60 cents each?? Meaning at least another five dollars, of getting nothing and ripped off!! For over 40 years Iâve dine-in & came to the drive-thru and never been charged for Ketchup, barbecue sauce or ranch dressing especially after spending 50+ dollars. whatâs going on weâre being nickeled and dime! The customer service was nothing special chicken was very greasy & the three sides ordered weâre only halfway full! The only thing that was exceptional was the mac & cheese, but again theyâre only filled halfway when youâre paying full price! With new fried chicken company competitors coming to the city of Jacksonville, Florida, which I am a native of (which Iâll be professional as well, and will not mention their name on Atlantic Boulevard) I would hope that KFC fixes this problem because who wants to spend 50+ dollars & be nickel & dime for condiments and then only fill the sides half way and throw the gressy chicken food away because itâs yucky!    Read moreI went in this KFC @ 5:45 on June 1. There was no one in the store except one guy who had already ordered his food. As I approached the counter a KFC employee told me someone will take my order in a moment. I was ok with that. 5 minutes later someone else told me they will take my order in a moment. Meanwhile they had taken the orders and served the food to 4 people in the drive thru. About 10 minutes had gone by and I was told again someone would take my order in a moment. Then a guy walked in wearing a KFC uniform and stood at the order counter in the dining room. They immediately came to him to assist him and he told the lady to take my order first. She acted like she never even heard him and ran his card. She went and got his receipt, gave it to him and walked away. Over 15 minutes has gone by now since I walked up to the counter and again I was told someone will take my order in a moment while they were still taking and filling drive thru orders.
