I saw so many reviews and was excited about getting me some items from the boutique. I recieved the the items today. I purchased online and was not aware of the return policy. I was not aware that company had a no return policy for clothing you are not able to touch or see in person. I reached out and asked about returning and was advised I could not. I am not saying all items are bad. I am saying do not purchase online go see the items for yourself before purchasing the items. The items I bought was cheaply made and not something I would have bought from a boutique. Nonetheless the owner was condescending and offputting, I shipped the items back because no one I knew wanted to wear it. I lost $120 plus shipping cost for the items and will never purchase again. I was extremely disappointed with my visit to your store today. I walked into the store almost immediately behind another customer. The young lady working the floor greeted the other customer and began to help her. I looked around the store aniticipating that she would eventually acknowledge that I was there and someoe would be with me shortly. I looked around for several minutes and even made eye contact with the young lady. I eventually left the store without a word. I am not sure when or if I will be back in your store. I like to support local businesses especially OUR businesses. I came in for 1 thing and left with 3 because they OFFER OFFER OFFER and SALE SALE SALE with class. They ask. They suggest. They demonstrate. The provide with confidence. Most of all they are welcoming. They are approachable reliable dependable and great listeners of meeting the needs of the customers. I will forever be a buyer. I left feeling better about stepping outside of my comfort zone then I did going in. Keep up the great work and just know it has not gone unnoticed.
