Probably going to be a different review coming from a previous worker. As a worker I worked there for 6 months and I don’t recommend anybody work here when I first started I had just moved down to Florida already being used to working in a bunch of other franchises I thought this job would be the same as all!! I was wrong I started off as a regular cold stone scooper and within 2 months I was congratulated got a raise and once the 3 month mark hit according to the manager I was doing excellent and so good she promoted me to a shift lead with a key to the store and I became one of her “best workers” as she probably tells all her workers within the 3 months of working I would always be brought to the back for the manager to tell me all the things she hates about her workers and how she wants to fire a few and then was told to go back and work without telling any workers what she would say she would then pull other workers and tell them the same things. She would even talk about workers private life and gossip around the store about workers and then host meeting angry at us for all the gossip in the store she created. Staying humble and silent taking in all the abuse all her workers were going through as they would all express to me how they hated her and how they wanted to quite because the job was toxic we all stayed quiet she would make several of her workers cry due to the way she would talk to them over the phone then come to work and talk with a happy persona which was the most messed up part of all . Skip to the good stuff I had even got hit by a car and instead of filling for workers comp I still decided to show up out of respect I tried my best to do the best I could and this ties into another part In the conclusion . She manipulates all her workers by telling them there her best workers then talking bad about them behind there back she only does things for u in favor of her and pretends like there in favor of the worker. However through all the abuse of working there she had stated in a meeting she doesn’t care how hard the ice cream comes out after being in a freezer for hours she told her workers to put it in the ice cream display and scoop it which could cause really bad wrist injuries for her workers as she knows what scooping ice cream can do to ur wrist she still says we can’t let it thaw out so after that statement was said and all the built up problems I endured staying here I decided to quite without a two weeks just to say a two weeks isn’t required it’s only done for people who want to leave with respect but I couldn’t do another two weeks in that kind of energy so as I applied to new jobs thinking I was one of her best workers and being promoted so early in time I believed she would outlook the only one thing I have ever done “wrong” to her she proceeded to tell my new manager I was one of her worst workers and if it was up to her she wouldn’t hire me . After my new manager had told me never to recommend her again I was in shock 1 being you could only talk about the time workers had worked for u in the time being they had worked and nothing beyond that I was in incredible shock . When my new manager had told me she didn’t even say not 1 good thing about me I then realized the manager who runs cold stone was one of the most aggressive passively mean person I have ever worked for and met I highly recommend you don’t send any of your children for a job here because they will grow to hate the place and won’t even realize it I hope this helps anybody in the future and if I could give this a 0 star I would thank you for hearing my story also not to mention she has favoritism in the work place those who do the most for her gets rewarded and those who don’t work hard for her gets treated really bad and talked about she fired a worker for standing up for herself because of a violent customer towards her and if u quite and don’t put her first she will make things difficult for you she usually keeps checks on a wall for workers to grab but kept a ex workers check to hand to her knowing it makes her...

Update: I'm not sure why they still have not opened indoor seating. It's hard to go here when the only place to sit is outside and that is limited to a small space. I took my son and they were having a staff meeting. The manager kept almost belittling her workers and telling them everything they can not do. I felt it was rather unprofessional to have this type of conversation with customers present. She also made a point to tell her workers to 'watch portions' while serving.. so if you end up getting less ice cream than you're used to, it might be management advised them to do just that.

With a wide variety of ice creams and add ins this is a great dessert option for both kids and adults. Their sizes are like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it (large). I will say their kids size and like it size are basically the same thing with the same amount of ice cream and you save money by just ordering the kids. They change their flavors and add new ones depending on seasons and holidays. The employees are friendly and its never too busy. My daughter loves the big bear at the entrance and always has to stop and hug it before she leaves. It has become a regular stop on weekends whenever the kids need a...

We love Cold Stone! When we're home or on vacation! Well, this visit was on vacation. Store #23481, on 4/15/2023 around 9:30 pm. The receipt says that the cashier was Kira. She was also the person who had taken my order. RUDE is an understatement!! She was acting like she couldn't talk, barely made eye contact and was acting very uninterested in helping me. I even asked her was she okay because her attitude was so bad and she said. Had she said no, I would have prayed with her at that moment. But instead, I had to leave and pray for her. When we were walking out of the store, she said something about me because everyone behind the counter was staring at us. Really didn't want her bad spirit and attitude to affect my great day and vacation with my family. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not a 1 star, is because the other ladies in there were extremely nice and had no problems helping my husband and small children with their orders. Wish this visit was like all of the other stores we visit....

I absolutely love their ice cream and it’s always my go to, but today I was a little disappointed. I got there and even though they were empty it took them a while to assist me. I work with customer service and I understand that sometimes there’s more to it than we as customers can see so I was fine even though it was a little awkward. The biggest thing for me though was after waiting a while to get my ice cream when I got home to enjoy it the portion was much smaller than it usually is. I got an “ours” size and after I opened and got 3 scoops out it looks like I ate half of the whole thing. Very disappointing. It feels like I’ve been overcharged. I’ve gotten this same size before and it’s always been full all the way to the top. I honestly don’t know what happened this time.

Why don’t the cold stone workers wear gloves?! I watched this girl scratch her nose after she mixed our ice cream while she was checking us out! I don’t know if she washed her hands but I do know she asked the next customers “how can I help you?!” Also, they could smile more! If I’m paying $5.69 for an ice cream at least give it to me with a smile! And please wear gloves! My ice cream was DELICIOUS and my son said his was okay...but we used the BOGO so it was worth it!
