I have been ordering from this dominos pizza for 12 years have never had an issue until the last couple of times I’ve ordered. On this occasion I order a large 3 topping pizza with extra cheese and some chicken wings Carryout. I paid with $10 cash and the remaining amount of $7.90 I used my card. The guy at the window didn’t seem to know how to use the register and had to get someone else to help I’m assuming because I paid with cash and credit. I had to ask for my receipt, which only showed my credit card amount being paid ok I’m in a hurry have some hungry kids so I continue on home. It’s been a long day I was waiting on that slice of pizza with 3 topping and extra cheese get home look at the pizza only to find no extra cheese. So I call the store and ask for my pizza to be remade. Courtney answered the phone told me to bring my pizza back up to the store and talk to the manager and they will re make it. Ummmm no remake my pizza so by the time I arrive I can have the pizza that looked like there was absolutely no cheese on it and switch it out. At this point I ask to speak to the manager, Keith the manager gets on the phone and says sure come on up here we will remake it and it will be done by the time u arrive. Ok great we get to the store and no pizza was made and he tells me that there is extra cheese and explains to me how they portion the toppings. Well Keith and dominos that was not extra cheese like I said I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 plus years and I’ve never had an issue, until the last several months or so. Hunter the previous manager made sure when I had a pizza it was always great I was a regular every week I order pizza sometimes more. If dominos has changed how they put the topping I’m extremely disappointed and was extremely disappointed in my pizza. I had told Keith I would just rather have my money back for the pizza. He then says where are the chicken wings? I said my son ate them, I would like my money back for the pizza that was it. I wasn’t going to pay for something that I didn’t want and there was hardly any cheese seriously. But I am going to pay for what was eaten. I don’t care if it was $5.99 or $16.99. As he handed me $8 I was like no count again he handed me another $1.10. As I said sir my pizza was $9.73 plus tax, you can check my order in the computer he then gives me $10.10, which still wasn’t correct by that time I was just like WOW! and I walked out the door. I will no longer spend my money at this dominos or any other. I really liked the fact they always new who I was and took the time out to make sure I myself was a valued customer and appreciated by taking the time out to listen to how I wanted my pizza. If it was going to cost another $2 then I would have paid it but he wanted to justify and explain his job and measuring portions, when all I wanted was my pizza the way I like it. He never offered any assistance on making my pizza how I wanted regardless. If Dominos has decided to change there portion amount of cheese and toppings well it SUCKS cus my pizza barely had cheese! Read moreOn July 9, 2019 at approximately 1142 I entered the Domino's on Arlington Rd in Jacksonville. I ordered my usual medium pizza with two toppings. There was a young white male that took my order and I told him to put Italian sausage for my topping. I was getting ready to insert my debit card into the machine to complete my order when he asked me for my card. He took my debit card and started examining it from front to back. He then asked me for my zip on the card. I asked him if the machine to process the transaction was down and he stated the computer he was on was not connected to the processing machine. Five minutes later as I was waiting a white female who appeared to be a grandmother along with her two young granddaughters entered the store for a pickup order. I noticed the same store employee use the same computer and had her process her order using the transaction card reader. At that point I said to myself he just told me that the machine was not connected to the card reader. Five minutes later the store manager put my pizza in a box and handed it to me. As I opened the box I noticed that he had only put one topping of Italian sausage on the pizza so I questioned the manager of the store why only one topping was applied to my pizza? At that point he turnaround and asked the store employee who took my order why he put only one topping on the order. His response was the customer should have told me to put two topping of sausage on the order. At that point I told the store employee that I was clear on what I told him I wanted on my pizza. I even give him the total price before he had even calculated the total because I always order the same thing. The store employee began arguing with me and I told him you never sit there and argue with a customer on a mistake that he made. At that point he walks off mad and goes in the back of the store complaining about me as a customer. I told the manager if he had been working for me observing his behavior throughout the entire process I would have fired him immediately. I asked the manager for his name and he stated that he could not give that information out to me. He farther stated that the store employee had only been working at that particular location for only one month. In addition he advised me that he was also new in his position as a manager. From years of experience working in the military and corporate upper level management my assumption is there is no leadership in place at that particular store. In closing the manager did fix me another pizza with both topping as I originally had order. I have decided not to return to this Dominos location...
Read moreIf I could give a negative 20 I would ! I placed an order with dominoes on Arlington road on Jacksonville fl at 3:31 with and estimated delivery time of 415. At 4:37 I called into inquire the status of my order . I was told a driver was just about to take it. I asked how long it would be and was placed on hold. I was then told the pizza was just being put in the oven. I expressed that at that point in the call it had been 25 min over the delivery time so I asked how I would be compensated. The employee ( a female ) caught an attitude was yelling at me and being flat out rude. The only thing she cared to speak about was how far behind they were and that the were trying their best . She basically said she was tired of repeating this to people who called in. As a customer, that's not my problem! I had 5 kids waiting on pizza who at that point were starving. I asked to speak to a manager and instead she put me on the phone with a driver who was also just as rude as her . He also kept cutting me off and raising his voice. If she was unable to put me on the phone with a manager all she had to do with communicate that in which she never did. The driver (male) was also argumentative and ended up hanging up on me. The staff is just absolutely rude and disrespectful and have no training on customer service. The manager didn't really offer any immediate compensation for the poor customer service, experience , or late order. He offered a credit to the account which I do not feel is enough for what I had to experience. My order didn't officially arrive until 5:12pm . I am highly unsatisfied with the experience .
