Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Changing my review because their staff and service level changed. DRAMATICALLY. the website says they dont deliver to my house even though they do, so i cant ever take advantage of online deals. NO BIG DEAL. However i went to their website and created a preliminary order a couple of weeks ago, using a coupon the site said i could use for carry-out or delivery. I got all the way to the checkout screen without pressing send just to make sure the coupon worked and see what i could expect to pay. When i called them to place the exact same order, they argued with me that the coupon didnt exist and i must be at a different dominos dot com, and then they HUNG UP IN MY FACE. When i called back and asked nicely to speak to the manager, she cut me off right away saying her employee must not have realized i wanted to place an order. I still ordered (against my better judgement) and they delivered it in 15 minutes SEVERELY undercooked- both the pizza and the hot wings. I will not be returning as long as those people still work...

Being the Ricky-dink town that Jacksonville is, Dominos is sometimes the only restaurant that is able to deliver and fulfill orders for people that work 3rd shift (graveyard/night troll). When I have totally screwed up and forgot to make dinner like a responsible adult, I can always count on Dominos to deliver. As usual, the ordering process is super efficient and user friendly. When I place the order and the Pizza Tracker pops up, Cameron’s name pops up and it says he is getting it ready it is awesome!

1.) Ordering is easy and efficient 2.) The order is always correct and even though it has never happened, if there was an issue they take care of it quickly 3.) Dan is the coolest and most down to earth delivery driver and he has been a friendly face every time he walks though the Holiday Inn doors! Xavier is also a super friendly guy that always makes sure the customer is appreciated and satisfied. 4.) THE PIZZA IS GOOD.

When I first moved here nearly 2 years ago dominos here was terrible. They were incredibly understaffed and didn’t do anything to accommodate mistakes made due to this. Now- we order here once per week and they are super nice and pizza is always fresh and tasty! Great job on the improvements! Keep it up!

5/28- ordered with the app. don't know what happened, but for some reason- I was delivered nothing but the bread to my philly cheesesteak sandwhich. The driver went back to get my sandwhich. I called the manager, and she told me 'I'll do it this time, but next time, I'm not doing it, because this wasn't our fault. It was ordered this way online." Why would I order a $6 sandwhich with bread only?? I just thought it was kind of rude and uncalled for. I obviously didn't order bread and no filling on purpose if I'm calling in and asking for a redo. The food is good and all.. but that just rubbed me the wrong way. My...
