BUYER BEWARE!!!! I sincerely and genuinely hope to prevent the next person from ordering from here. The reviews speak volumes and could not be more accurate. At 5:10 p.m. online order says Timothy started to prepare the pizza. After 45 minutes we still didnt received any notifications. So I check online and the status is still set on prepare. My husband tries to call the store and after 11 attempts the call is answered by the manager. He says well I just got here and just found out I only have 2 drivers so you will be the next round out this was at 6:10p.m. In the meantime the status never changes. Now it’s 6:50 and we are coming up to 2 hours and once again are not able to get in contact with someone because the phone just keeps ringing with no answer. I decide to start to drive there so I can speak to someone. On the way I call AGAIN and the phone is answered. I explain my frustration and that I don’t want a pizza that was started at 5:10 two hours later. INSTANTLY without any regard he says we time it perfectly (obviously) so that’s not a problem. Listen I have over 100 orders and there are people that have been waiting way longer than you over 2 hours. So do you think I should just give everyone a pizza then we wouldnt be in business. Instead of showing any empathy or respect he provokes the situation. He wants you to understand it’s your fault for ordering. I said well maybe you should turn off the online orders if you’re not capable of fulfilling them. I ask for the manager and he says I am the manager I am the marketing manager of this area. I said then I need your manager or the regional manager someone above you. He responds that I will never get that information and he doesn’t like my attitude is going to refuse service and hangs up. It’s only a 9 minute drive there so I just waited to get there instead of calling back. I enter the store and the man at the counter is on the phone with the driver and I hear him tell the driver him which ones he should deliver. He says you know I guess go ahead and deliver but get ready because they are mad in a tone so demeaning and ridiculous. I laughed standing in front of him and I said I think you might be talking about me. He glares at me and says to the driver uhhhh hold on let me call you back about that one. He confirms it’s my order and tells me he has two 18 year olds working here and if I want to have that attitude then I won’t be in the store. By the way there is no sense of urgency or any indication that they were crazy busy. I explained listen I just want my money back for something I still have never received. At no point did he take any consideration to the fact that they were wrong. I asked why I have never had this problem and he told me well you called this location. If this is the standard for customer service then I do not want to know what the standard for the kitchen. He tells me ohhh the money we be back on the card tomorrow because it was cancelled. I asked for a confirmation showing it would be refunded and he claimed there is no way at all to show that. So I’m supposed to just go on his good word and integrity that I’ll get my money back. LMFAO also I’m positive a 24 hour time frame for the bank to put the money back on the account is...
Read moreOn 9/23/23 I ordered online at 5:43pm for a scheduled delivery @ 7:45pm. I’ve done this many times before and never had an issue, granted this a was Saturday and I figured it might be busy but once 8:20 came I gave the store a call to check the delivery status because it said it was still on quality check. I spoke to devin on the phone and he said he wasn’t quite sure when the order would be delivered so I asked to speak with a manager. Immediately the manager was hostile and unapologetic stating that they only had 4 drivers and her screen was full. I was only telling her that I would come and pick up the order myself just to help them out a bit because I had been telling my kids that the food would arrive soon so I would come and pick it up but since I was picking it up I asked if the delivery fee would be comped because that only seemed fair. I couldn’t get a word in without “MsDee” who announced herself the manager telling me her screen was full and she was short on drivers. She made it seem like such an inconvenience that she would have to ring up my order all over again. As a customer who ordered 2 hours in advance I feel like it’s more of an inconvenience for me than it would be for her to ring up food again or void something off. She was just very unprofessional and rude and seems to me she can’t handle a high volume work environment without getting frustrated and taking it out on LOYAL customers. I’ve redeemed so many points from placing orders with dominos but the experience tonight honestly makes me never want to patronize this location again. Upon arrival however Ashley who seemed to be a delivery driver was very apologetic and helpful. Ms dee never made contact and stated the printer didn’t work when I asked for a copy of the voided payment. But she eneded up giving me one once Ashley told her I was the customer she spoke with on the phone. Overall the service tonight from a MANAGER on the phone was unacceptable. She lacked professionalism, empathy, the ability to communicate effectively and problem solve. As a customer I can be very understanding but when you have a manger who places blame instead of finding solutions it’s very DISTASTEFUL for buisness
And the kicker is the pizza was COLD once I got it. The only thing that was hot was the Parmesan bites. The pizza wasn’t even the usual garlic crust. I didn’t even argue about it I just...
Read moreI had always wondered why this location had such bad reviews, we have ordered several times during quarantine and it has been great. Everything was made clear by my order yesterday (sorry this is long) Around 6:14 pm last night I decided to order a medium pizza, pasta, and a drink because I was exhausted after work and didn't want to cook. The order was made quickly and the driver left the store around 6:36. By 7 my order still hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracker and saw that the driver was in the neighborhood over, and wasn't moving at all. At 7:18 (after many minutes watching the tracker which was telling me the driver was in my neighborhood with either 1, 4, or 5 minutes to go) I attempted to call the store twice, both times with no answer. I tried again at 7:25. Finally, just a minute after I called the store, the driver called to let me know he was stuck at a flooded road and would be unable to deliver to me. He told me that he contacted his manager, and hopefully everything should be resolved soon.
So we waited a few more minutes for what was hopefully going to be a new order delivered (we couldn't track anything). After a while with no new delivery, I tried calling the store again at 8:15 with no response. It was getting past dinner time for my son, so we got him fed, and I went to a drive-thru, all while joking the pizza would get there while I was gone. But still, nothing.
I checked my bank account and saw that the tip had been removed from my account, so I was hopeful that I would be getting a refund. I also reached out to domino's twitter since there was literally no way for me to get in touch with the store without driving there. Surprisingly, the twitter was super responsive and said they had reached out to the store, and I would hopefully be contacted.
This afternoon I still hadn't received a response and the tip was taken out of my account again and the charge was no longer pending. So I called the store again and FINALLY (after one no answered call) I got in touch with the assistant manager who told me he couldn't refund me because "he didn't know about the last shift and didn't have my information." He told me to call back tomorrow without offering to get my information. I have little faith that my call will be answered tomorrow. I really just want my $26 back....
1 star literally because I can't...
