Wanted to share an experience I just had today with this Domino’s location. It started with getting an order of their stuffed cheese bread that normally comes with bacon & jalapeños. I kicked off the spicy peppers when I ordered it (via the app) but when we got it there were jalapeños all in it. We found this fact out when my kid took a good bite of the bread then felt their mouth on fire. Obviously I’m confused so I check my receipt & everything looks correct. I call to the store & spoke with a very nice man named Billy who confirmed the spicy peppers should not have been on it. Now, usually with this kind of situation most people just offer a credit or replacement, normal right? Well… not only did Billy get my kid a replacement FAST, but also sent them an extra cheesy bread & a 2ltr as an apology. He even called me to make sure we got the replacement & to remind me of a credit I have there that truthfully I’d forgotten about. We have had issues with the food being delivered from this location cold so I tried takeout today and my god….the cheesy bread was extremely overcooked the manager didn’t acknowledge me at all after the worker told him the cheese bread was overcooked and dry he answered the phone then got with me and all he could offer was to remake the bread and it would take 15-20 mins or he could give me a credit so I told him fine I want the entire order remade as well because if I’m waiting on fresh bread my pizza will be cold. He told me he can’t remake my whole order he can sit my pizza under the warmer that’s all he’s going to do. I was double charged for an order that I placed on the 23rd for 56.70 it was finalized on the 27th for 113.40. I called and speak to a “manager” who at first asked for my info and directly said did both transactions post or are they still pending I explained to her that it was posted it wasn’t two transactions it was one for double the price… she puts me on a a long hold and then comes back and tells she only sees one transaction for 56.70 I’m like no no no that doesn’t make sense she cut me off and tells me it’s nothing she can do she can’t do refunds and try’s to tell me to call some other place for a refund!!
