Last night my friend ordered dinner for my son and I we ordered two meals that came with small rice but my son wanted a large rice she put the order in for the two meals for them to each have a rice but for one a large the other one regular size. Delivery time was 40 minutes and because we were around the corner she decides to go pick it up because she can get there in 10 when she unpacks the food realizes that there was only a large rice in the bag we called told them that they forgot to put the small rice in the bag and when I tell you this whole situation lasted for 40 minutes for people to calling telling us that we did not order a small rice then on top of that the manager or claims to be a manager said that he recorded the conversation of the order and that she did not order a small rice that she only ordered a large rice. I asked him as a business owner how can he lie like that and say he recorded something when I am standing right by her why are you gonna send us one rice for two meals 50 Cent rice and you’re acting like we ask him for more chicken the food was not good customer service was terrible so if you wanna get some real customer service and don’t get blamed for not ordering something that you know you ordered don’t go here. They need new management or new people that can understand when they take orders...
Read moreThe lady on the phone was super nice. But my order for delivery came wrong. I ordered orange chicken with other things. They gave me generals tsos instead of orange. They gave me an estimate of 45 mins to deliver my order. They arrived at an hour. Not the worst part. The young delivery driver had another passenger in the car and did not have a pen for me to sign after he requested I did... fine... but when i came inside and saw my food was incorrect. I called and asked if they could send the correct order out.. they said it would be an additional 45 mins. Even though we live 1.2 miles away.... I decided to come pick up the correct order and refund for my bourbon chicken. When I arrived the young woman was understanding but the older woman had an issue and told me no I could not refund my my bourbon if I was replacing my orange. Those are two separate dishes. So that didnt make sense. When I arrived. Both delivery men they had were sitting there waiting instead of being able to take my food out to me. I called and checked on the online menu to see if their orange chicken was spicy. It is not and she told me so. But when I arrived, the woman acted as if she had no recollection of our 4 phone calls between the time of theorder..... poor service . Would not recommend. And the second time the chicken was still......

Missed opportunity to make a correction without hassles of bringing the food back and receipt, even if I just left there and they remembered the order.
Missed 3 opportunities to do well and the female manager was curt and made me feel as though I wasn’t worthy as a customer. I brought back the food to show it was burnt, it was large order of egg foo young, the patties were dark brown and once I got home I had to call and other 15 minutes of hassles and all I wanted to do is let them know to do better.
They demanded the return of the food but I had driven home and was tired and ready to enjoy dinner and couldn’t. I returned it the following day as I promised but I had to explain again even though they knew from the previous day.
I’m done ! No more. I’ll go the extra mile and go up the road to get better food and service.
Guys please, do better, we customer now have power to let other know and it seem as though you did care and you put me thru a lot for a 16$ meal. Never...
