Recently we went to Home Depot to order carpet and have it installed. We were excited to find out that they had a promotional going on for a free install! We picked out our carpet and paid for the services. The company they contracted with originally set up a time for install to be today. They called this morning to give us our delivery time only to tell us they did not receive enough carpet and they would contact Home Depot (this was at 8 ish am) around 8:30 we called Home Depot ourselves to figure out what was going on. They said they would call back. At around 11 we called Home Depot again, kept getting disconnected with the carpet department and then finally spoke to someone who said they would call us back. At 4 pm we still hadnāt heard anything. We called Again and was given a case number. We took off work for this appointment which is time and money we cannot get back. Not to mention we arenāt sure when we can get off work again and we also had family coming into town for the holiday and needed that carpet done before hand. We called the contracted company to see what they could do or to see if they heard anything from Home Depot, they had not and would try to get more carpet delivered to them so they could do the install but couldnāt give us any time frame on when this would be done. Something like this should be expedited at the very least ... I am completely disgusted with how this situation has been handled and will not be hiring Home Depot to do any more of our future home projects. I will never recommend them to anyone. If I had to rate delivery that they apparently now use a third party vendor,I would rate them a negative one . I ordered a refrigerator on July 22,2023. The earliest time they had available was on August 13,2023. I received an email that I should receive my product between 12:30-4:30. I never received a call. Around 4:30 I called to check on the status because the app continued to state that it was enroute. The representative explained that it's a third party vendor NBO and they are running a little behind and they were short staffed. Needless to say I never received my refrigerator. I called back the next day only to be told a new lie,that they tried to reach me and now they will need to reschedule. So they rescheduled me for that following Monday August 14th, I verified my phone number (which has never changed). I took off from work. Monday morning at around 9:00am I check the tracking app ,it says that my refrigerator is enroute. I called just to verify. Once again I am told that they tried to call and rescheduled my delivery for August 21,2023. Of course there is no manager available to speak with or a direct number to the third party vendor that they are using. So I am offered a gift card AFTER my delivery. Seriously! I am so furious right now. Groceries and time have been wasted....

I asked an employee for help since there was no more stock of the weed killer I wanted to purchase. He said let me check and then another employee happened to walk by an he asked him for help to locate the product. He scanned the barcode and told us that it's in stock but on a pallet and asked of we wanted to wait while he gets it or not. I said we will wait because we are still shopping around the store. So he asked the original guy who helped us to spot him and they said they'd go get it. My husband went to look for other stuff we needed with our kids while i waited. Well 45 min later no product but the original guy who helped us came around the corner and my husband asked him if they got it and he said he didn't know where the other guy was or where he went. Unbelievable. In the 45 min of me waiting in the area a different employee asked if I needed help and I should have said yes.. So I left the weed killer area to shop around more and we spent a total of 2 hours instore and still no product on the shelf when I went to check before we left. Realistically how long should it take for them to grab product from a pallet? They wasted our time because we waited longer than necessary for product that they...
