My favorite DD store EVA, by far...I truly LOVE this drive through location (Mayport Road), but the loyal, long time staff are the real heroes!! 🤩🤩 Corporate seems to leave them hanging....OFTEN...... by not training them on DD APP, Rewards, Current Promos, Prices, Product Knowledge, Consistency and having proper POS button available for specially priced items. But they are so good at smiling through it all....and I give most credit to the few outstanding employees themselves....they care....and take pride in their service.... and the previous manager, Joanna (currently in AB location) is missed. These ladies are some of THE BEST people in hospitality here in Atlantic Beach. It is a shame, there is such a large, visible disconnect from Corporate/Marketing/Sales to their individual locations, owners, managers and staff members. Plus, how can you properly track and analyze such incomplete inconsistent inaccurate data, inventory, promotional success, ROI, Ad Sources, Marketing Investments. Love the long time staff: April, Bayley, Joanna, Tina, Treasure,. Hannah/Hayley?, the lil ole Spanish lady, my tiny hip friend who smokes, I think.…brown hair, and the girl whose mom now works there (Jessica/Stephanie?.. sorry?)....my memory may not have direct and correct names but these ladies are your CORE. I definitely notice level of quality and service decline when none of them are working. Thanks for caring y'all....you make my day....and for just that one or two minutes of my day at DD Drive Thru, I feel special and important and my happiness...
Read moreI visited this store as a dasher on Friday morning 4/5 and while I was observing the crew they were horrible no one spoke when they set the food on the counter for the customers they didn't speak loud enough so the customers could hear so you had customers waiting for nothing when their food was ready the crew had no sense of urgency as the store was kind of crowded. I made up my mind I was never coming back to the store again because the service sucks even though I wasn't being served. So on Sat. 4/6 I began my day doordashing. The first order I got was to pick up at Dunkin donuts My mood immediately changed! I made up in my mind that when I get there if the order wasn't ready I was leaving and I was not waiting. However when I got there a little (big) voice came from the back and said hello I spoke back and I said wow what a difference a day makes the young lady that came out to help me name was Mo. She was absolutely amazing! Totally changed my entire Outlook of that place not only did I wait for the first order but as I sat there another order came in I was even willing to wait for that order based on the way that she treated me when I walked through the door as a customer. So thank God for Mo she definitely saved the day and probably the business because I urged people on my way out on Friday to not spend their money there because the service was so horrible so thank you Mo for your attentiveness and your great...
Read moreI have been visiting this location for about 2 years now. I LOVE their product BUT there is a lot to be said about the poor communication( via the ordering board and the employee- they can NEVER hear and almost always needs to be repeated to them at least 3-4 times and depending on the staff for that shift it may or not be right! :-()), the level of efficiency offered by employees( seriously I have thought about checking the pulse of some employees due to the SLOW manner they do their job in. I of course am not unreasonable and understand that one bad apple can ruin the bunch but I also think if you have a bad apple then deal with it- for example if their is an employee on staff that does seem to be moving quickly and accurately then there are 2 or 3 other employees who seem to be confused on what their role is!) as well as accuracy of the order. I do not mind paying but I want my order to be correct and I would like for the order to be right of course.
