I had to get a full refund for both of my drinks here..
We ordered two Medium Iced Caramel Macchiatos w/less ice. First off the less ice wasn't on the ticket and the drinks were made by a different employee than the one taking the order so the less ice was looked over. I was prepared to accept as this is a common issue at most Dunkins. When the drinks were stirred in the store by my wife and I we noticed they were almost Pure White due to the small amount of espresso poured into them. I then politely asked the employee for more espresso. He sighed loudly and told his assuming manager/shift leader that we wanted more espresso. Here's the cherry on top!! I drank a few sips of mine so there was room for the added espresso but my wife did not so I said hers needs to be dumped out some for the added espresso.. completely ignored me so I said it again before watching the inevitable happen.. and he poured the cup of espresso into a Completely Full cup of milk and needless to say it spilled all over the counter and made a huge mess, he didn't even stop pouring when it started overflowing and finished pouring the cup of espresso into the now huge mess on the counter... Check this.. the poured espresso was also very weak and didn't make the drink what it should have been. My wife at this point wanted a refund and gave up trying to get her coffee she used to love so much. The manager/shift leader gave me a refund with no problem, I also informed him why we wanted the refund and he told us that they have been having problems with their espresso machine making weak espresso (We assumed it's because the espresso machine is not properly cleaned, we assumed this because of the lack of competence by the employees we encountered)
We also watched MANY orders leave via Door Dash and other services and I could also assume all their drinks were made incorrectly too.
This was my wife's last straw with Dunkin and we bought ourselves an espresso maker ourselves. Our coffees have been perfect ever since at a fraction...
Read moreI hardly ever write reviews on chain restaurants but I'm making an exception in this case. This the worst DD I have ever been to. Twice in the past week, I went there and both times they had an incompetent, disinterested worker standing in the drive thru order area taking orders because their head sets weren't working. I can understand that being a problem one time but twice in one week? Come on, guys. Get new equipment. Today, the dude who took my order didn't listen to me, wasn't friendly and he broke the kiosk thing by leaning against it. I had to laugh. When I got to the pick up window, the greeter there couldn't get my order right either. I counted 5 workers inside all running around, bumping into each other. It was chaos. Not a good look. And they were out of butter AGAIN. What's up with that folks? Is there a shortage? I didn't get an answer to that. This place needs to shut down and start over with...
Read moreSo let me start off by saying my experience was less than favorable. I went in around 2:30 PM to ask a question about a seasonal item in hopes that they still had it. The clerk I was speaking to didn't reply, but the supervisor with his back turned answered for him without acknowledging me at all, while he was putting the last few doughnuts in a bag. I decided to walk away disappointed and my daughter repeated that she wanted doughnuts, so I turned around and asked if they had any doughnuts left. The clerk stated that the last of the doughnuts just got sold, but yet there were no other customers in the store or in the drive thru. They don't close close until 7PM mind you and I was told they were out at 2:30PM!! They desperately need to work on their customer service and I suggest revamping their management at...
