I order online from this Dunkinâ all of the time. Iâve spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Many of the workers know me by name even. I know that theyâre super busy, but I often have to wait 15 minutes for food orders that I placed online, usually about 10 minutes before arriving. My fiancĂ© and I live right up the block, and at one point we decided weâd walk to the Dunkin on a Saturday afternoon. Per usual we ordered online for pickup before walking over. When we walked up the door was locked with a sign that said âdrive thru only today.â We tried calling to tell them that we ordered a pickup and donât have a car. They didnât answer. We walked up to the drive thru window (again; we walked here. We had no car). The attendant started yelling at us through the window to go away or get in a car. We walked around the back and explained that we walked, since the manager opened the back door to yell at us also. We were then begrudgingly given our food. Today we hopped in the drive thru line, waited for 15 minutes before getting to the speaker; and told the person we were just picking up an order. They said okay. 5 more minutes go by just sitting at the speaker; and I figure it would be faster to just pull over and go inside. FiancĂ© goes inside, 10 minutes go by. My order is now 30 min old. The car in front and behind us from the drive thru have already come and gone. I call my fiancĂ© and ask him whatâs going on, âtheyâre putting it together,â he says. He comes out to the car and the cold foam is completely gone from the coffees, and the food is cold. So basically, my order had been ready for a long time and they just didnât give it over. Itâs pathetic. Thereâs a Starbucks right up the street. Iâll spend extra money on Starbucks to not get treated like sh*t anymore. Iâd love to speak to a manager or supervisor about my experience, because frankly I deserve...
Read moreIf there was a negative rating scale this place would get multiple from me. My husband is admitted across the street from this location in the hospital for a severe spinal cord injury that has left him paralyzed. He has fought hard to get off medical equipment for a box of DD coffee as promised from me. After hard work he is now able to drink and eat on his own. I walked across the street to fulfill the promise I made to him some time ago. At the time I was on my cell phone with my daughter to update her on her dads condition not looking at 2 signs on the door stating no walk-in services due to shortage of staff. I waited behind 2 people infront of me. When I get to finally order the lady behind the counter rudely explained to me multiple times that I would have to call Door Dash or Uber Eats for the order or go into the drive thru. I explained that my children drove me to Jacksonville after my husband was transported by plane and I do not have a vehicle with me and did not notice the sign. She continued to complained about me walking in and then said what do you want and rudely taking the order for the coffee. I know that Florida is an open state during the Covid out break but being rude and disrespectful is something that everyone in this time can do without. I am extremely displeased with the service and attitude from the staff. The only thing that made it an good experience was the smile on my husbands face to see I...
Read moreMy sister lives by here and she warns me about it. I go there today cuz itâs the closest thing and thereâs a decrepit lady angrily taking my order. She answers my questions about a simple sweet dough so angrily that if I were unintelligent it would have ruined my day. She tried to make me feel stupid for asking which donuts they have at Dunkinâ Donuts. Later I gathered she was mad that I hadnât heard her the first time she said it, and though the mic that their company could afford was what we were using to communicate, she was angry AT me. I apologized and she acted annoyed that I hadnât ordered something even though she got annoyed when I kept asking if they had specific donuts and they didnât, so I had to keep asking. When I got to the one that was available, maple, i immediately ordered four of them. When I got to the drive thru payment window, she slammed the donuts on the counter (LOL) and peeked around the cashier to glare at me. Because I was asking questions about donuts in a donut shop. My sisterâs critique is that they always have attitudes and never get the order right. The cashier was nice even though she probably thought I was an enemy of hers due to her coworkerâs emotional disregulation. Dunkinâ needs to treat their employees better and better regulate managers from a district level. Trash customer service...
